    We stay at many Hilton‘s across our business travels and this is one of the best ones we stay at. That’s saying a lot when you compare it to other Hiltons. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Extremely clean, including the bathrooms. Staff from front desk to housekeeping are incredible. For travel with kids, this place is also excellent. They’ve built an above ground hallway/bridge that connects directly to their waterpark. The breakfast buffet is a real breakfast, including everything from cereal and yoghurt to pancakes, sausage, sausages, and eggs.

    Jean & RichardExcellent plus - Hospital rates are excellent. Got a warm welcome and excellent omservice. Hotel very clean . Over all including rooms were spotless. The hot breakfast was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly. The free parking a bonus.

    March break stay denied. I feel robbed. A fully paid night stay for me and my 6 yr old son and I left without a room or a refund. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my check-in experience today. Despite having already paid for my stay through Hotels.com, I was denied check-in because I did not have a credit card.I have stayed at this location previously and was able to use a $200 debit cash hold for incidentals. However, the front desk was completely unaccommodating and refused to accept this form of payment today. Furthermore, the Hotels.com booking information does not state that a credit card is a mandatory requirement for check-in it states "may be" required.When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was no manager on duty to address the situation. As a result, I have left the hotel despite having a confirmed and paid reservation.

    This is a relatively new hotel, with modern conveniences. It is not within walking distance from downtown (only a 7 min. drive) but that’s the only drawback, Melanie at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed on the second floor (newer rooms). Our room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and great bathroom! We had a nice view of the harbour. Breakfast was pretty standard but adequate. Would stay here again.
