    The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I feel they went over and above to make our 5 day stay enjoyable. We and another hockey team used the lobby and den for castle meals. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Kitimat. 5 out of 5 stars

    seems to me to be the best accommodations in town. newer hotel. nice, clean, and the staff is highly accommodating. As a business traveler, I greatly appreciate a well equipped fitness center and this one is better than most. It is generous in size and has sufficient equip (cardio and weight training). The only drawback with fitness center is the amount of equipment limits the space to do floor exercises. breakfast is typical budget hotel food. Overall, great staff, clean, modern rooms.

    Melissa is super and has the best customer service and the rest of the staff also does an excellent job. Room is always clean and the coffee is always hot. I stay here whenever I come to Kitimat. Only improvement would be the weather. It could always be warmer.

    Great hotel, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok would have liked to see a bit more options with more tea and drink selection but realize it’s a smaller buffet style. Overall really happy with our stay!!!!!
