  Employees are fast to help, beds are wonderful, the view was amazing! The snacks are reasonably priced. TV was big. It’s was all a wonderful place!   I have stayed here a few times recently - have had Bill check us in. This dude is good he remembers me. Welcomed me back to the hotel today. The rooms are quiet the breakfast what you would expect. The place is clean I always clean with a wipe and I found no dirt.   Great stay in Drum.

  We stayed here for a hockey tournament we had in Drum.The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet , even with 2 hockey teams staying at the hotel at the same time.The kids loved the pool and hot tub after the games.The breakfast was great, there were hot and cold options and a pancake machine.Many thanks to the breakfast staff , they were amazing, keeping everything clean and stocked.There was a good choice of restaurants and take out options in walking distance of the hotel.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.   Nice hotel but no help for disturbances

  We visited the Ramada on a Saturday to Sunday to enjoy the pool/water slide before heading to the dinosaur museum. The hotel staff was nice on check in and the room was very clean. The pool was fun and the kids loved the waterslide. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options - the kids loved the pancake bar. That being said, there was also 3 hockey teams staying the weekend due to a local hockey tournament. From 8 pm onward all we could hear were the kids running up and down the hallways yelling and tromping up and down the stairwells. This lasted till close to 11 pm. When we called the front desk, they told us that "they are aware of the disturbance and that the parents of the kids can't control them. Also, as quiet time is at 11 pm, we are free to call the police after that time" Basically a cop-out on their end. My wife and I paid a good chunk of change to stay in the room of our choice for this visit and our 10 and 8 year old kids had a very hard time falling asleep due to the noise these older kids were making. I realize that its not entirely the hotels fault, but doing nothing about it rubbed us the wrong way.
