    Poor, poor customer service!!

    rating22 Sept 2026

Upon checking into my room the first thing I noticed was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. There was a housekeeper in the hallway that I spoke to and asked for hand soap. They indicated to me that there was no hand soap throughout the entire hotel. I said that was unacceptable. To those that don't know this hotel basically shares a parking lot with a large grocery store, so hand soap could have been purchased.Secondly, at approximately 10 pm I could hear loud noise, I got up from bed to note that the room directly across the hall from my room was being vacuumed. AT 10pm!! Unacceptable.Third problem the following morning I had a early flight to catch, breakfast was not out as it was scheduled to be.

    Ok stay.

It was clean, but it needed upgrades. Seemed kind of run down.

    Over priced 2 star

    rating27 Jun 2026

2 star hotel that costs like a better 3 star.Rooms are tired... beat up trims, dirty common area floors (no excuse!!), poor quality luggage carts... We shall what the breakfast is like in the morning. Also the power outlets are beau-père too. Too loose.

    Nothing Special

    rating31 May 2026

Room was adequate, but bed and linens really could use some help. Pillows were lumpy and sheet paper thin from more than multiple washings. Room was warm with auto system overriding anything you tried to input into HVAC. Breakfast area was well kept and stocked. Would not stay here again.

Easy to find, just few minutes from main roads

    rating10 Apr 2026

Good location, easy to get from main roads. Good sleeping quality. This hotel gets crowded at least during the weekdays with workers and their trucks (you might have to leave your car bit further way from the hotel) although the surrounding areas have plenty of parking lots. Friendly and helpful staff.
