    Clean room, excellent pillows, wonderful customer service. No complaints. This was the third time I've stayed at this location and I would happily stay there again.     The room was clean and roomy. We were there for a hockey tournament. We didn’t choose the hotel, the conveyors did. Front desk was very helpful, except when it came to technical issues with the TV. Construction at the entrance of the hotel which made it difficult entering and exiting. For the price, we really expected a breakfast. These kids need something before their games. Even a bagged lunch, which we sometimes have had is better than no breakfast it could include a piece of fruit a bagel and yoghurt it’s in a brown bag you just hand it to them as they’re going out the door.It is a very busy location with the mall right across the road.     Don't be deceived by outside appearance. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was great. Maintenance was conscientious about following up on small water pressure changes with hot water.     From the time we were arrived and greeted by the clerk we were treated as if we were celebrities . They were professional and made our registration enjoyable. She was able to suggest great restaurants in the area and entertainment locations. The rooms were clean and nice. Above expectations.
