Did my booking on line and pre paid for it, but once I checked in , was told that they don’t take pre paid reservation and that I had to pay for the room again and need to contact their official site to get refund. It was extremely noisy , with people running and screaming in the hallways. Called the reception and they said that they couldn’t do anything! Hours after check out , I found that they charged me deposit/payment/ extras for the amount of 800$!Would NEVER book or recommend this hotel!

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Brampton on February 22, 2025. We stayed in room 235 on the second floor. The room was clean and we found the beds to be very comfortable. There was also a choice of pillows regarding firmness. Family, who also stayed there, enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There was no issue with insects of any kind. The breakfast was typical with some pastries, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, etc. The eggs were rubbery but everythindg else was OK. We would return to this hotel in the future should the need arise.

Without doubt, there were bed bugs in our room. Arms, feet and legs were ridden with telltale bites. After two nights, we had to move hotels. This matter should be attended to, hotel wide. I would not recommend this location in Brampton to stay at.

the staff are friendly💕 best services….convenient location ….spacious rooms …the pool so clean 😍gym equipped 💪🏼the breakfast sheeesh delicious i really enjoyed my stay to the very last day the hotel so clean too the hotel service was on point as well

It’s a really nice place Peaceful and quiet if your looking a good get away The staff is amazing Also the service is awesome The rooms are spacious And also in a good neighborhood Near the road and fast food places Near a coffee place is you like one
