Still had Air Conditioning on in October. Room was freezing. Dining room was all reserved except for some food if you sit at the bar.

Great place to stay and close to everything.

I found this location very convenient. Ikea and SickKids hospital is directly across the street. The breakfast was good, lots of options. The pools were nice. The roof top patio was amazing to go see. I wish I would have checked it out during the day as well but we went up at night. It was lovely.

    Good hotel overall

    rating07 Oct 2026

Just be aware of some extra noise from ambulances etc at night from being next to UHN. But otherwise location was great. 5 min walk to UHN, and tons of walkable restaraunts. Metro station was only a block or two away. Easy transit options all around.Only challenge was our wing was a bit more difficult to find the pool. From our 7 we went to 25, then had to walk up 2 flights of stairs or transfer to another elevator to get to 26 then to grab another elevator to get to 27. We ran I to a few people having problems and more/updated signage would help. Esp as some may not be able to do stairs and the convoluted elevator path was confusing. But overall the heights is great. Nice pool, great hot tub, the change rooms have a sauna too. Good looking work out area. I would stay again
