    After driving 4 hrs to Toronto, packing and loading our vehicle to pick my daughter up from university we got in to the hotel around 830pm and then went for dinner and got back around 11 pm and that's when we noticed how dirty everything was, didn't notice the bedding till the morning.We had traveled all day and didn't shower because there was hair, writing, what looked like mold and strange coloring in the shower, the bathroom floor was dirty, the bedding had stains on it, the beds were hard as rocks, the carpets are sticky. The hallway carpets had dirt collected in every corner of every room entrance. When went to check out, the room attendant that was doing the rooms didn't even have a vacuum with her and all the rooms are carpeted, she had a broom.Parking is terrible and so dark it makes you nervous. I now have a 4 hours home with a sore back from the beds and have barley slept. Will never stay comfort in again.

    Taking the elevator they had two pictures of the rooms and they looked nice. But when we walked into the room it was dirty, smelly, and the chair was stained. Everything they tried to do "maintenance" on looks like it was done by a person who could care less but also unable to do literally anything right, trust me youll understand once you walk in. We walked in then 15 minutes of deciding we asked for a refund long story short they're liars and we ended up just leaving without a refund they couldnt pay me to stay there. We wouldve taken more pictures but we left so fast.

    I would have to say im really shocked how dirty everything was. I gave it 2 because of location and price . Although I would not recommend it. Our room was filthy. And when I went to go to the front desk to discuss it I ran into other couples in the hall and we were all comparing the rooms and how dirty they were and they said at least your fridge isn't making a high pitch noise. So if I went to move rooms it could be worse. We had already paid for parking for the week and we were flying out in the morning. The lobby was clean and staff were nice. Check in was easy.Parking lot had not been shoveled at the back where we parked on a snow Bank. The doors and lights switches were filthy as well as the soap and shampoo dispensers which were mostly empty. The toilet was not clean. The floor and sink had hairs on it.Yellow colour pillow cases inside out. Hair dryer hanging by a nail from the wall.I lysoled and wiped down all surfaces. Look ar my pics of this room

    This is the first time I see an hotel that can let you sleep on used bed linens, rotten walls, dirty showers, a dirty and broken coffee machine .

    Was forced to stay here by air canada. It was bad. So dirty. You've been warned. Run.
