    Confort Inn gets my vote of approval!

    The hotel is conveniently located off of Walkers Line South on Burlington, Ontario on the South Service Rd. Between Guelph Line and Walkers Line. It’s follow your GPS or Nav. It was a Friday afternoon check in and it was smooth as silk for the check in. I managed to get into the hotel and off to the Game #5 for the Blue Jays Seattle baseball playoff game a few doors downRooms are clean and amply set up for a beautiful nights rest. Prices are competitive with the other hotels In the area.Breakfast the next morning was great with fresh hot food including eggs, bacon, potatoes, juices, coffee and cereal , yogurt cans fresh fruit oranges and apples.The seating area was well kept with fresh plants and flowers. A wide screen TV was broadcasting the morning news for the GTA and world. CP24,I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous and the front desk provided me the WiFi password when I forgot my room pass key with identifying password.Parking is ample and free.The only thing I could fault was the noisy QEW HIGHWAY where traffic never stops 24 hours a day. The layout for breakfast is spacious and very clean.Bravo. Comfort Inn as I will reserve my next trip with you over the nearby Admiral Inn and Quality Inn where I have also stayed.

    While I have not stayed at the Comfort Inn Burlington, however, when I tried to book a stay at the hotel over the phone, I was not treated very kindly by the assistant manager and would never want to stay there as a result of her treatment. My questions related to a longer term stay and their pet policies.On the aside, when I thought about calling the manager about what happened, I first took the time to look at their Trip Advisor reviews and decided against it given his strong tone with those who post unflattering reviews.I thought they were in the customer service business......

    Good location in Burlington,However that’s about it..Hotel is very dated and well used..The beds are ok..but the comforter and pillows covers were stained..The desk and interior furniture were all chipped and have seen better days..Definitely a low grade Hotel..

    When we saw the budget price, our first question was "what's wrong with it?" The answer was: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. From a warm welcome at our late-night check-in from Lindsay, to super-convenient back-in to our room's sliding doors, we slept well (albeit quickly with a flight the next day) and were only 30 minutes (on a Sat. morning) from YYZ. Tim Horton's is nearby, as is a Starbucks if you need your caff-fix in the morning, and we were thrilled with what we got for our money: good beds, a solid sleep and great service.

    0/10 – Worst Hotel Experience EverI had the worst experience at Comfort Inn located at 3290 South Service Road, Burlington, L7N 3M6. I arrived at 3 PM, expecting to check into my room, but I was kept waiting until 4:30 PM because it wasn’t ready. The receptionist was extremely rude, offering no apology or explanation other than “you have to wait until it gets ready” and that they had no idea how long that would take. When I questioned why the room wasn’t ready as promised after 3 PM, they gave a dismissive response, saying the room would be ready after 3 PM, but that didn’t necessarily mean at 3 PM. They also made it clear that no compensation would be provided for the delay.This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially in Canada. I will never book with Comfort Inn again for the rest of my life. Absolutely terrible experience. Cameron O, General Manager at Comfort Inn, responded to this review Hello,We cannot find your name in our system, so we are not fully sure you have the correct hotel. However, assuming it was our hotel, we certainly apologize for any delay at check in. We certainly understand the inconvenience and we do everything we can to accommodate guests in a timely fashion and meet the 3:00PM time frame. However, if it was this weekend, we were sold out and all the rooms were arrivals. Sometimes thing do happen for a variety of reasons that make it difficult to have all rooms ready for 3:00PM if most of the hotel checks out in the morning and most of the hotel is arriving. It is hard for us to know, if expected time of arrival is not noted, who will arrive right at 3:00PM or before and who will arrive later. We do our best to have all rooms ready by 3:00PM and 99% that is not an issue.We do certainly apologize if you were kept waiting.Kind Regards,Cameron O.General Manager
