Location

This hotel is located minutes from Toronto's Pearson International Airport and guests have easy access to the downtown area (a 35-minute drive), links to the public transport network (TTC) and all major highways. Guests will find the nearest restaurant 500 m away and it is 1 km to bars and pubs. There are shopping venues 5 km from the hotel at the Woodbine Centre and Wild Water Kingdom is also 5 km away. In around half an hour's drive guests can reach the CN Tower and Canada's Wonderland, and the beaches area and Lake Ontario are 20 km away.

    Wonderful staff even with abusive guest

    I want to give special recognition to the staff Lance, Kammy, Juan and Gurpal. There was a guy there yesterday yelling at staff being abuse. I was standing there in aw at how professional the staff remained being called thief. The guy obviously had house problems and decided to take it out on other and from what I overheard he is not even stayed at the hotel. Diego was his name I believe cause I decided I am staying with Lance until he left in case he attacked the poor young man.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and I especially want to thank Micheal and Kammy for their outstanding hospitality every single time I visit . And I visit often , They went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.

    Not Deep Cleaned Between Guests..

    My partner and I’s flight was cancelled and so we were graciously given a voucher to stay at a nearby hotel. We chose the Courtyard Marriott as we had just been with one of their resorts in Aruba and had a lovely time. This hotel however did not stand up to my expectations. At a quick glance the room seemed great. However, with a closer look it was obvious that their staff does not deep clean between guests. Hair in the shower, debris pushed to the corner of the tile floors, unknown smears on the walls, and paper thin walls.     Free shuttle outside R3 however it runs slightly less frequently than other properties. I saw several Hiltons and Delta hotel shuttles come and go before seeing one shuttle for the courtyard. No free breakfast and no lounge. No frills but gets the job done. Our shared shuttle service with The Marriott on Dixon and The Courtyard by Marriott runs on a regular scheduled rotation to the airport. As noted there are many shuttles that run to different hotels and brands. Courtyard brand offers our guests the choice of what services they wish. We offer a competitive rate in our market then our guests can purchase the additional services and amenities they wish. We do not include it in the rate which inflates all guest rates.
