    Cheap, but it shows

    rating12 Sept 2026

We stayed here for a nights stopover, hotel was cheap and the room was basic but okay, but the breakfast was even more basic, just the bare minimum. Hotel a fair way out of the airport on a retail park with a couple of restaurants, but there is a free shuttle bus Soci Assist, Other at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport by IHG, responded to this review Hi jonneeboy,Thanks for stopping in during your layover. We get that a stopover stay is all about practicality, and we're glad the room did the job. Noted on the breakfast, basic is fine up to a point, and your feedback is useful. The shuttle and the nearby restaurants are genuinely handy for guests who want a bit more, so we're pleased that part worked in your favour. Safe travels wherever you're headed next.-The Staff at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Toronto Airport

Great hotel for a stop over or extended stay

    rating20 Aug 2026

We stayed here on a 23hour stop over. The shuttle picked us up at the terminal and took us to the hotel. Just a short drive. Check in was easy and the front desk was friendly. We took advantage of the shuttle to head back to the airport to take the UPexpress to downtown Toronto. The driver was helpful with getting us to the correct terminal to get the train. Very friendly. The room was clean and no complaints. We walked to a Montanas just across the street and Tim Hortons is close by as well as a number of other restaurants. Great location! A short stay but would definitely return. Soci Assist, Other at Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport by IHG, responded to this review Hi 218nancyw,What a great way to spend a 23-hour stopover! We're glad the shuttle runs made things easy on both ends, and it sounds like you made the most of the location with the UP Express and a stop at Montana's. The front desk and driver will be happy to hear the kind words. Hope the rest of your trip went smoothly, and we'll look forward to seeing you on the next layover.-The Staff at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Toronto Airport
