The hotel has 143 single rooms and 140 double rooms, which are located on 17 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Good hotel. Room was clean, bed comfy, check in smooth - with a very delicious cookie! We got a good rate during a sale. Took the shuttle to and from the airport after parking at the next door lot. Restaurant inside is convenient for a late night meal after your flight.

    This is not a 4 star hotel. Priceline includes it in 4 star incorrectly.Restaurant closes from 9:30 to 5.Heating system is noisy. Curtains are falling down.Breakfast is very good though not cheap.

    I was so very impressed with the front desk staff Ravneet and Sophia, they are very professional and very kind and helpful! I had made an awful mistake of not taking my wallet with me. They were concerned and gave me good advice which turned out well! The hotel itself is very well maintained and the restaurant is very good as well. I can highly recommend this property to anyone. A huge thank you to Ravneet and Sophia!

    I liked this hotel. The room had a safe for the storage of valuables, free bottled water was provided, clean and discreet housekeeping staff (e.g., no irritating banging on the door trying to get into the room early in the morning and not noisy). Gym could have been better equipped. It had enough aerobic equipment but not good for weights.

    Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booking a group rate that included taxes but when we arrived we were told that the rate was a mistake and the hotel would not honor it. After posting a Google review, I received a response from the hotel apologizing and asking me to contact them. When I called, I was put into voicemail and never received a call back. The Hilton corporate offices refuse to help saying that they don’t get involved in billing issues. I will never stay at a Hilton property again!
