    Very dusty and unsanitary.

    Some guests from the conference were sneezing after checking into the hotel, and I was sneezing badly and developed a sore throat from the dusty and moldy A/C and heating unit …dingy and blood stained sheets were not changed from the previous guest before me. Sheets were not properly washed and basically so old you could see through them where the fabric was breaking down, they even gave me a torn towel. Guess what? First day the toilet had old feces under the rims. Thank GOD I basically did my own cleaning before sitting on that toilet.     worst hotel ever stayed in

    not helpful and not caring and there is no manger on duty at all in the 5 days i stayed here there is also no lock to the pool room and a child got in there and almost fell in,rust running out of the metal doors in the pool area where kids are walking on it,hot food was sitting in a lake of oil, oranges where rotten, staff doesn't clean the dinning area customers have to clean the tables them self's hotel rooms have heavily stained carpets, broken lights, TVs don't have proper cable and blurry and shuts off ever few minutes due to service, my room even had a bathroom door that was broken in the middle so it just flapped it was like there was nothing in the middle of door at one point my room was filled with pool towel I'm assuming ran out of regular towels and the pool area had no towels ******************************DO NO STAY AT THIS HOTEL******************************** Executive Residency by Best Western Toronto-Mississauga, General Manager at Executive Residency By Best Western Toronto-Mississauga, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay with us.     Smell Mold Bugs

    Bug found in suite. Had to move rooms late evening.     Pest Control Needed

    Arrived to hotel and was met by a roach on the bed and a few in the bathroom. This place needs pest control.Please close your luggage upon entering and leaving so that these pests does not arrive home with you .
