Excellent hotel. The best experience of this hotel was Toto at the bar. An excellent ambassador for the hotel. Very professional yet a really nice person to have a conversation with. He was so helpful to other guests whilst keeping us entertained. Some young people came for assistance and he was just so accommodating. What a nice man. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

We arrived at the airport at about 11pm and called Fairfield to have the shuttle pick us up. It was at that time we were told our reservation could not be fulfilled and we would be moved to the Hyatt Place. The Hyatt was lovely, but I was confused why we were not told beforehand that our reservation would not be fulfilled. When we checked out of the Hyatt, we were charged for our room there even though we had prepaid for Fairfield before we arrived!! It's now 2 months since our stay and I'm still trying to get my refund!!!DO NOT BOOK WITH FAIRFIELD!!!! You likely won't be staying there anyway.

Decent nights stay close to the airport

We arrived and checked in, headed to our room only to find it wasn’t what I’d booked. Headed back down to reception to have someone else check and allocate the room I’d booked. Not sure why this wasn’t done in the first place.The room I ended up in was decent, though view was of a car park.Breakfast was included, however food options were quite limited. Pleasant Stay for an Unexpected Layover

As a result of a flight cancellation, the airline put me up at the Fairfield Inn and Suites near Pearson Airport, Toronto. I was offered a very generous available room with two queen beds and a sofa(sofa bed) that was clean and well appointed. This room had a mini-fridge and microwave and, although I didn't require the use of them, I thought it was a great amenity to offer for longer stays. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was well heated. I found the airport/hotel shuttle to and from the hotel to be very efficient and timely and the check-in/check-out was swift.If I were in need of a room near Pearson in the future, I will definately check availability at Fairfield Inn and Suites.
