    A few improvements needed

    we got in late from a flight and were not informed until we got there that there was a 30$ overnight parking charge, this was not expected considering they own a large parking lot and we are already paying to stay. The room was average, bathrooms are dated . I think they are a good brand but their parking charge made the experience not encouraging. I also felt that the front desk could be kinder and smile more to the clients considering most are stressed travelers. I have been in the hotel business for 20 yrs so i think this needed to be said to provide improvement.     It does the trick

    Stayed on the property for a layover. Typical Four Points property in an airport Shuttle was effective. Checkin a bit slow. Restaurant basic but enough for a quick bite. Rooms were quite small as well as the bathroom. A/C extremely noisy. Good isolation. Definitely the best feature is a quick 5 min ride to/from the airport. Good choice.     Heading-inducing scents and poor food quality.

    While the hotel looks nice and the rooms are ‘adequate’, this is NOT a place for anyone with sensitivities to smells. The pumped scent I. The main lobby is so strong that it not only takes your breath away, it causes headaches. Further, the $25 breakfast is definitely not worth the price. How they were able to make bacon and sausage tasteless is beyond me. The most edible items in the ‘buffet’ were the oatmeal and the bananas. When asked how my stay was upon checkout, I shared my experience honestly and politely. The response was that Four Points forced them to have a scented lobby (even pointed out the scent-generating machine). And while they apologized for the lousy breakfast, there was no inclination on their part to reimburse the cost of the meal. We used this hotel as a stop over to and from vacation. Suggests you consider the Quality Inn next door - cheaper, also has shuttle service, and probably offers a breakfast of similar if not better quality. Not impressed with this Bonvoy option.     We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! I misplaced my engagement ring before we needed to leave at 2:45 AM. Viola, the housekeeping staff, management team and the entire staff worked tirelessly to find it and they did!! We are beyond grateful for their honesty and assistance. The airport shuttle arrives and leaves right on time. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a surprise. It was awesome! The food was incredible. The rooms are clean, it's quiet and safe.

    I booked this hotel for my family as we had a 8 hour layover in Toronto, so instead of staying at the airport I thought this would be more comfortable. This hotel is ok. It’s a bit of a pig with lipstick situation. You can tell there has been some renovations, but overall it’s rough for a Sheraton property. I wouldn’t stay here again. The one positive was the free shuttle to and from the airport.
