    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wanted to highlight just how exceptional the experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.A special thank you goes to Carolyn at the front desk—she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to great service, and it truly made a difference.The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there.As a small token of appreciation, I gifted Carolyn some Nova Scotian toffee—it felt like the least I could do to thank her for her kindness and professionalism.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

    Issue with Mattress Shifting

    The hotel & room was very clean. I travelled solo and felt very safe. Unfortunately the top mattress kept sliding every time I got into bed, and I constantly had to go around and shove it back into place which was inconvenient. A mattress should remain stable and properly aligned during normal use, so this seems like a defect or a problem with the design or setup.

    New hotel, just off the highway. Good location, value and sleep. The only real disappointment was during check in. The first floor was incredibly noisy from a bunch of minor hockey players. Moms and Dads sitting in the breakfast room while the kids played mini sticks in the hall. The receptionist's excuse "Well, better than upstairs", is problematic. If the hotel can't control it's guests, what expectation does it set? Further, if it had been a bachelor or bachelorette party, I doubt the same would be tolerated.

    Great location right off the QEW. The Hilton honours digital key makes check in nice and smooth. Very friendly staff Carolyn was very helpful and understanding on extending a night. Breakfast was plentiful.

    We have stayed here several times and every time we have a really positive experience. The hotel is clean, has great beds and terrific sheets and towels and best of all the staff is exceptional. The kitchen staff and the cleaning staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Gilbert, the manager is so very pleasant and exceptionally helpful- his flexibility and willingness to assist us with some very specific requsts is truly appreciated. Because of Gilbert and also Carolyn, we will always stay here when we go to Burlington. Thank you Gilbert for your help- we really appreciate it.
