    Room was ridiculously cold from air conditioning turned way too cold. Took a while for it to come up to a comfortable temperature to sleep. Curtains had no way to close all the way and with bed facing the window, bright lights from the street shined in brightly all night, not to mention privacy. They left us exactly 3 tissues in the tissue box., not much toilet paper either and not extra rolls. No drinking cups at all. All the shampoo and shower gel in the handy wall mounted containers were EMPTY!. Won't be back.

    The good: friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Clean.The bad: -first room smelled bad (like had been closed for a long time), moved to second room which was better but missing couch that was in other identical room, just a big empty space, fridge also didn’t work great-tv had burnt in image so made it challenging to watch, remote didn’t work well, one lamp was burnt outThe picky: no complimentary tea in room, actually minimal complimentary coffee etc.-poor lighting as other than the bedside lights (1 of which was burnt out) and bathroom sink light, there was not enough light in the main room at night-open concept sinks separate from the bathroom was rather awkward.As it was a Hilton we expected a lot more. Not good value for money at all.

    Very strong smell in the rooms

    We stayed in this hotel in January 2025, and it was a very unpleasant experience. As soon as we walked in the room, we noticed a very strong smell from a cleaning product, or some product that they use to clean the rooms. We were traveling around Canada at the time, and the two hotels that we previously stayed in did not have any smell like this hotel. When I let the front desk know about the smell, they moved me to another room, with 1 king bed (we had booked a room with 2 queen beds). As the smell in this room was less offensive (but it was still there), we took this room. I couldn’t sleep well due to the smell in the room. The front desk attendant let us know that the smell is from the fabric freshener that they spray in the room. It made me wonder if the sheets and fabrics are cleaner after each stay, why would they need to spray the room with fabric freshener? I did notice from the lobby that the hotel is pet friendly (which I don’t have any problem with), but I wonder if that is why they spray the fabric freshener in the rooms, which I did not smell in any other hotel. It also made sense that the room with 1 king bed had a less strong smell than the room with 2 queen beds, because they probably sprayed less of the fabric softener with 1 bed instead of 2 beds. I’m very disappointed with this hotel, and will most likely not stay in this brand of hotels again.

    Good size rooms. Great front desk agents as well as housekeepers. Pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included in the stay and glwas great. Location was great being close to all types of restuto choose from walking distance. Definitely would stay here again if I am coming back.

    We had a really great experience there. The service, room and breakfast was really good. The staffs were very friendly. A special shoutout to Anusha for her exceptional service during breakfast. The rooms are clean and fresh. It was a pleasant stay for us.
