Unacceptable level of noise!

The noise from the ventilation system is insane! Impossible to sleep! Heater is very loud too, but at least that one can be shut off!

BUYER BEWARE!
07 Sept 2026
BUYER BEWARE! We stayed at the hotel in late June 2026. We were charged a one nights stay deposit at check in and were also charged more than our expedia reserved itinerary rate. We were asked to provide a credit card at check in (which was charged immediately) and were told that our card would be refunded for the deposit upon checkout. I contacted Expedia and the property numerous times and are currently disputing the charges with our credit card company but as of September 8th we have not received a refund for the deposit nor the overbilling. During our stay my cousin had a bag containing souvenirs go missing from her room, and the bag was later found in the employee breakroom. The property was clean, provided a nice free breakfast and was located very close to the airport. BUT, BUYER BEWARE!

Wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond and offered to let me leave a collection of bags for long term storage. Special thanks to Nathaly for helping to coordinate.

Amazing service!!! Next level!
28 Mar 2026
Our stay at this hotel was excellent, with a clean, large room with comfortable bed. But, our stay was next level when....we checked out in a rush to take the shuttle to catch our flight at Pearsom Airport. After going through security, I realized I forgot my phone in our room! With our other phone, we called the hotel and within 9 minutes of our call, the hotel staff retrieved the phone, sent it with the shuttle driver and we received it at the airport. Thank you to the staff who made that happen in such a fast way.
