    We booked the Hampton Inn very last minute for one overnight due to some construction work at our house. Our room was #205. This hotel was located close enough to our neighbourhood and extra curriculars that day so it was convenient. I used my Expedia points to pay for our stay and I would say it was on the pricier side for a week night. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) booked a standard room with 2 queen beds. I requested a cot a check in but was told none were available.We found the room temperature extremely warm and had to turn on the AC to make it more comfortable. We used the small pool for a quick after dinner swim. We liked the readily available coffee, tea, and hot chocolate drinks in the lobby and were lucky enough to snag a few cookies for a snack.We found the beds way too soft and saggy. The whole mattress would shake if someone in the bed turned or tossed. I had a pretty sleepless night. The showers had plenty of hot water and decent pressure.The buffet breakfast was simple - scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, along with made to order waffles. The kids enjoyed this very much. Check in/out service was friendly and efficient. Free parking on site was appreciated. I would not choose to stay here again. It was adequate for one night only.

    While the amenities here are the same as other Hampton Inn’s, the staff of this property is so refreshing and appreciated. I came here to spend a long weekend with my husband who has to come to Mississagua on occasion for work and he insists on staying here when he does come and I understand why. The staff here are so accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. The wonderful lady in the breakfast area always has a smile and ensures the area is clean with plenty of food and the cleaning staff were excellent. A shout out to Jashen who was so friendly and helpful when I needed more towels. Front desk staff always said hello when we came in or leaving and would ask if we needed anything. We had a leak under the sink and they came immediately to fix it and apologized for any inconvenience. It’s near all the shopping and restaurants you’d ever need or want. This was my first trip to Canada and this property helped make my stay comfortable and memorable.

    I stayed there with my 2 teens and their dad on August 23 and 24. The prices in the city were crazy. The staff was exceptionally nice and seemed all happy with their working environment. Even the cleaning staff asked me how my stay was going. The included breakfast is generous and varied and free coffee is available all day long. The train is close by and a 30 minute ride to the city. The room was clean and quiet with a view of the city from afar. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team.

    Nice Hotel Room with Comfy Beds.

    My sister, friend and I were happy with this hotel. Our room was nice, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We did have one issue: the drapes in our room were the type that did not go all the way across, and there was no shade or blinds to block the sun. We borrowed a hanger with clasps and used that to bring the two drapes together in the middle. The breakfast was good. The front desk girls were friendly and helpful.
