Location

The hotel is near major corporate offices and Toronto Airport's largest convention centres. Restaurants, shopping centres and major attractions are also just a short drive from the hotel. Niagara Falls are about 80 km away. The hotel is located just minutes from Toronto's Pearson International Airport.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 224 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa, a sauna and hydrotherapy treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes.     Most uncomfortable bed ever!! And pillows that morph into pancakes the second you lay your head down on them. The 2 most important aspects for an airport hotel to get right and a big fail!

    Checked in with underground parking. Attended conference and check in later in day. At checkin, desk agent Vien dealt with me. She was very good and offered me an upgrade, which I was not looking for, but was very thankful. I got a larger room with comfy bed, decent bathroom, and adjoining living room area with large TV. There is a bar/restaurant onsite. I had a lunch there and also the breakfast option was offered to me as well. There is daily $35.00 parking fee, with in out. There is pool, exercise area, and meeting rooms for conference. Overall staff on site were all very helpful. I would stay again here.

    Really crappy mattress!

    Good points: Very good location (close to Pearson airport) and shuttle service. Room was spacious and clean. Check out was fast (contrary to our check in - see below).Negative points: The mattress in room # 407 was horrible - it had a huge dip in the middle of it, like someone who weighed 500 lbs had slept on it for months! That mattress definitely needs to be replaced NOW! Also, check in at 9:00 pm was quite slow despite only 1 person in front of us (took 15 minutes before we finally got to the front desk agent). Will we return? Not likely because of the really crappy mattress experience, especially since there are many other hotels nearby so lots of competition.     Exactly what an airport hotel should be!

    We stayed here after a 7 hour flight from the UK. Everything was as it should be for an airport hotel. The shuttle was regular and reliable. Check in was friendly & quick. Handy restaurant for dinner. Incredibly comfortable bed & clean, quiet room. Delicious buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Easy check out. Perfect!     The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and the quality of service is much higher compared to Garden Inns. I especially want to thank Chantrea and Daisy from the front office.
