    The staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond. I went down for the buffet breakfast nothing grabbed my attention. A staff member said Icould order off the menu. 5 minutes later I was in my room with a beautiful omelet with all the fixings.I was waiting for a package unfortunately didn't arrive before check out time. The customer service agent at the front desk took my name and # told call me when it arrived. The information was passed on.As promised I received a call to tell my package arrived.Servicevplus.Clean, nice rooms

    We enjoyed a nice 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in January. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Parking was free with plenty of spaces. The dining area is massive allowing guests to use the area to gather as a group. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a little flat. If opt for the breakfast you have the choice of buffet or ordering off the menu. The buffet offered the regular fare- eggs, sausage, pastries, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit. I was fond of the hash browns. It was a pleasant stay.

    Not good for family . We havd experienced poor service . Their website has different options than actual. So make sure check it before booking.

    UNABLE TO CHECK-IN WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL $380 DEPOSIT on a )250 ROOM

    COULD NOT CHECK-IN - Arrived at 8:30pm to Check In with my dog into a very average $150/ night hotel room and the property INSISTED ON A $380 DAMAGE DEPOSIT + DOG FEE UP FRONT. I had $250 + offered on my card. Nope. Typical Toronto Area Deposits are $150-200 with incidentals like an $80 Dog Fee taken off in the morning. Not here. I am a 67 year old retiree with a Labrador + a single can of Coors Light in my bag (hardly a high risk of Saturday night party damage). I booked the hotel same day to avoid having to DANGEROUSLY drive 2.5 hours north into a blizzard off Lake Huron. FRONT DESK STAFF WAS EATING THEIR CURRY DINNER AT THE DESK - VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY! Unfortunately, we are unable to manually adjust the deposit amount. • Deposit Amount: Please know that the security deposit amount is consistent with other hotels in the area and follows industry-standard practices for the Brampton area which could range from $250-$350 depending on the hotel. • Front Desk Staff: Upon further investigation, we were able to confirm that the team member assisting you was on a call with another guest at the time of your arrival. In addition, she had just accepted a food delivery for another guest’s stay at the hotel. When you approached the desk, she immediately moved the delivery to the shelf below the front desk as the guest had indicated to her that they would be collecting the delivery on their way back to the hotel and she proceeded to assist you. We understand this situation was frustrating, and we apologize for any impression of unprofessionalism it may have caused. However, we can assure you that our team member was following hotel policies and procedures and handled the situation to the best of her ability.     The breakfast was so bad… They have nothing for lactose intolerance! The mattress so uncomfortable, and sheets were too small! Also the temperature in room was very cold 🥶 I call receptionist for that, but you need to double check thermostats
