    Worse costumer service, very rude and unprofessional staff, including Melanie Dias the manager. Increasing rate every day during my stay with no reason or at least to let costumer knows. Dirty smell rooms,not comfortable beds, lack of supplies in the room. Wouldn't recommend at all!

    This is by far the best Hilton I have had the pleasure to stay in. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The Executive Chef, Jose and Food and Beverage Manager, Ehab could not be anymore accommodating. The front desk staff are so efficient and very helpful. The breakfasts are delicious here and the restaurant staff are very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!

    Initially they put us in room# 204 where we heard a non-stop loud humming noise and felt the floor vibrating. We suspect that they put us on top of the mechanical room even though we particularly requested a quiet room. After we complained, they moved us to another room. They should never let people stay in room 204.The on-site restaurant staff are friendly, especially Jill. The food is good.

    My wife and I stayed here our wedding weekend. It was a decent stay. Pool and hot tub are nice, room with the jacuzzi was good but I do wish they offered some sorta wedding thing or breakfast for the rate we paid. Either way, the stay was fine. Staff was nice even though we originally had issues with one lady that insisted I be there to check k my wife into the hotel the night before (it was later figured out but this lady was clueless and we also had to deal with her again later). Fine stay though, no major complaints!

    This is our go to hotel when we want to go to Toronto. We take the Go train which is only 2 minutes from the hotel (Appleby station). The in house restaurant had a good breakfast at a reasonable cost.Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Lots of parking also availableHotel staff was friendly. The hotel does have a pool and gym but we did not use these facilities on this visit. The location is close to the highway and has gas stations, restaurants and a outlet mall close by.
