Location

The hotel is located in a business area, only 25 km north of Downtown Toronto, with corporate offices of famous companies just nearby. Paramount Canada's Wonderland, The Metro Toronto Zoo, the Ontario Science Center, shops, movie theatres and restaurants are also close by. Toronto Pearson International Airport is 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 145 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Stayed here March 4, 2026 and March 28,2026. The public areas are under renovation for paint and wallpaper and not much progress over the 3 weeks. Minor inconvenience and hope that they are completed soon it seems to be taking a very long time.

    STAY AWAY!! If you use TripAdvisor to make hotel choices which I often do, avoid Hilton Garden. Stayed there 4/11-4/13 and prepaid for my stay. Credit card got charged. A week prior to our checkin, Hilton charged us again for the same stay. Made no changes to my original reservation.After hours talking to the hotel staff and then Hilton central office, I am still working on getting all my refund returned. So if you want to learn from my experience, choose another hotel and you won’t regret it!!!My final comment…. When you enter the hotel, there are numerous signs with the Hilton Garden guarantee! Just words…. Don’t believe this PROMISE!!     Excellent service. Clean facilities. Attentive staff. Nice lounge and bar. As a warning breakfast not included but a nice breakfast menu is available. Would recommend.     Dated Unclean Unfriendly Hotel

    The worst of the Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in on our trip so far. Height of season, they have decided to re-do the parking lot so that you can not park near the hotel. Hotel staff unreasonable and unhelpful. We leave tomorrow and have to drag all our luggage (dog included) across the carpark to another one nearby, in several trips at 4am in the morning as we can not come closer to the hotel to load up the car. If you are of an older age, this may not be the hotel for you incase you are made to carry all your luggage way over to your car in another carpark off site.Carpets in room sticky, bathrooms old and dated and air conditioning unit so loud it keeps you up most of the night. Wall paper peeling from the walls in the hallway. I need a vacation to get over this vacation.     A Tad Disappointed

    The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool looked a little tired, needed fresh paint on the stairs and floor. The hot tub was empty. There was a breakfast offered at a fee starting at $9.50/person. A small bottle of pop from the "store" was $4/each. Everything seemed to be a la carte.
