    This hotel is conveniently located in Oakville. The staff are friendly and the free morning coffee was a bonus. The pool is small but the outdoor seating was great. The breakfast was an additional cost but looked great

    The rooms here are super spacious and the beds incredibly comfy. Decent bathrooms and ours had a tub which was a perfect way to relax before bed.The refrigerator sounded like Darth Vader had moved into the corner of the room but it was quickly replaced with a silent one. Didn’t like the cafeteria-like setup in the lobby. Great location, easy to find.

    Cleaning room, good rates at a good price. Great location, not far from the Lake Huron. Barking dogs may be down the hall from you. Staff is not concerned about stopping the barking.

    Car stolen from parking lot, and given absolutely zero assistance from front desk staff

    My family stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Oakville on June 13. We parked our vehicle approximately 20–25 steps from the main entrance, assuming it would be safe given the close proximity. Unfortunately, our car was stolen overnight.What compelled me to write this review was not just the theft itself, but the deeply disappointing way the situation was handled by hotel staff.From the moment we reported the incident, we were met with indifference and a lack of basic support. We were not allowed to use the hotel phone to contact the police, nor were we permitted to speak with a manager in charge. When we requested a manager’s contact information, staff wouldn't provide a phone number, we were only offered an email address. Even more frustrating, when we asked to view security footage, we were shown footage from a different area of the parking lot—nowhere near where our car had been parked.We were in a state of panic, as the stolen vehicle contained many important personal items. Despite this, the front desk staff offered no assistance or empathy. Their lack of understanding of how to handle such a serious situation—or even a willingness to help—was shocking.After filing a police report, we asked if the hotel could provide a shuttle to the car rental agency so we could arrange alternative transportation. They refused, even though a hotel shuttle was parked just two spaces away from where our car had been stolen.This entire experience has left us in disbelief and extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided by Hilton staff at the Oakville, Ontario location. I hope this review encourages the hotel to reevaluate its protocols and staff training for handling emergencies.

    We stayed as a group for 3 weeks and found everyone friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless with cleaners doing a fantastic job. Definitely recommend stay there.Pool is a little small and sometimes was a bit cold but we have no complaints. Thank you for everything.
