At exit after my one night stay, Kamran was outstanding. Pleasant. Heartfelt greeting and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’. Professional and not overly familiar. In contrast, at checkin the evening before (about 8:30pm) the woman checking me in was … not pleasant to deal with. In contrast, at 9pm or so on October 3rd when I checked in, the woman checking me in was outstanding. Happy to elaborate if someone from Hilton wants to contact me.
