Location

This hotel is located close to Pearson airport, but away from the flight path. Within around a 25-minute drive, guests will reach sightseeing attractions as well as various entertainment options and shopping opportunities, such as nightclubs, restaurants and bars as well as Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and the Playdium.

Facility

413 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in an 11-storey main building and a 9-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, basketball and horse riding are available.     The positives: great location for the airport, friendly staff, room was nice with good air con and the breakfast was greatNegatives: bathroom needs urgent maintenance. I could have had a better shower in the rain based on how the water comes out the shower. The air con is extremely loud when it powers up so be prepared to wake up every 30 minutes if you want the air con on - which was needed for us. Overall a nice hotel but could be a lot better. I would recommend staying elsewhere.     Had to catch an early morning flight coming from Muskoka. We dropped off the car at Valet Park and Fly and walked over to the Hilton - a very short walk! Fast checkin; newly refurbished spacious room; comfortable bed; good water pressure; and Crabtree shampoo etc. with an airpot shuttle every 15 minutes, this was an easy, comfortable and pleasant way to start our vacation!     HORRIBLE.

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Alarm started going off around 8pm followed by contrasting advice by staff (evacuate...no don't evacuate). Staff were clueless how to respond. 3 hours later alarm still going periodically along with horrible buzzing through speaker system. Finally we asked for refund so we could leave and they told us it WAS NOT THEIR responsibility! In short - there are dozens of hotels around the airport. AVOID this one AT ALL COSTS.     Complete Lack of Customer Service. Our unfortunate stay was 2 months ago: We have been waiting for a resolution.

    Impossibly loud all night. No reprieve from front desk, they knew we had been in hospital for the previous week and simply needed to fly home the next morning. We still have not received email or phone reply from neither Rahela Khan , nor the front desk supervisor, or the manager. We finally reached out to the Hilton GM - again no reply- no resolution: we have been waiting since January 18, two months ago. Finally decided to write a public review.     A well-located, comfortable but a bit outdated airport hotel

    I ended up at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites after missing a connecting flight due to bad weather conditions in Canada 🇨🇦. I never had high expectations about this kind of hotels. They are sometimes sprawling facilities, comfortable but often a bit outdated and with a relatively poor service. However, on many of these accounts I was positively surprised by the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites. First, it was really close to the airport terminal, less than 15 minutes away with the hotel free shuttle. Breakfast, served in a spacious and modern room, was very good. It offered a relatively large variety of options and the service was smiling and efficient. The Internet connection was also very good throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, there were also some negative points. My room (number 3) was located on the lower level. It was quiet and spacious - like often in such hotels - but it was also dark as about half of the window was made of opaque glass. Although the bathroom had been partially renovated (e.g., sink, faucets) overall the room looked drab and outdated. The same impression applied to the corridors and the common areas. Some modernization work had certainly been undertaken but it was far from the full overhaul that the place requires. Overall, I was not dissatisfied with my stay but I am not sure that I would recommend Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites without trying to find a better alternative around.
