    Great location, rooms- meh housekeeping

    rating22 May 2026

I stay in a lot of hotels for business. The good here — Great location in downtown Toronto - connected to PATH system linking via underground to finance towers, Blue Jays stadium, Union station etc. Checkin was smooth, friendly and was offered water on a hot day. Hotel had good bar/Restaurant and cafe and place to grab coffee etc. with lots of options nearby. I had a standard room - the layout was large and bathroom well designed. Lots of plugs and good lighting. Seemed updated - glass elevator view esp riding it up to 32nd floor was fun. The not so good here - coffee cups in room were paper disposable type only — after I used the first two, I never got more — had to use my water glass last days. Coffee pods not replaced - had to switch to decaf last day. Coffee was mediocre (not Nespresso or lavazza) — think the type you get from vending machine in a hospital. Towels were taken away but never replaced. The four large bolted-in bottles of products in bathroom were low — no lotion at all — and was not filled until I forcibly removed the empty bottle from its holder and placed it on counter to get a refill the third day. No other bathroom amenities other than the (empty to empty-ish) four bottles. If I was in a holiday inn etc would have been fine - but doesn’t match amenities or service of hotels that are the same price or less in downtown Toronto. That said I would stay again but bring my own coffee cups. General Manager, General Manager at Hilton Toronto, responded to this review Thank you for your review. Solid Stay with Minor Disappointments

    rating25 Apr 2026

I had a good stay at the Hilton Toronto, though nothing about the experience particularly wowed me for an executive floor upgrade. The hotel is well-located in downtown Toronto, making it convenient for exploring the city. The RoomThe king room on the executive floor had all the basic amenities you’d expect from a Hilton property. The rooms are a decent size with nice city views. However, I did notice some coffee stains on the desk, which was disappointing for what’s supposed to be an upgraded floor experience. Beyond access to the lounge, I honestly didn’t find anything special or noteworthy about being on the executive level.Executive LoungeThe executive lounge on the 32nd floor was definitely the highlight of my stay. I enjoyed having breakfast there in the morning—it offers a deluxe continental breakfast along with beverages and snacks throughout the day. The lounge has comfortable seating and good views, making it a pleasant space to start the day.Overall, it was a good stay for the location and the lounge access, but the executive floor itself didn’t deliver the “wow” factor I was hoping for given the upgrade cost. General Manager, General Manager at Hilton Toronto, responded to this review Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our central location and breakfast in our executive lounge. However, we're sorry to hear that our facilities and cleanliness did not fully meet expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve our overall guest experience. We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

Excellent business stay with stunning CN Tower views

    rating17 Apr 2026

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Toronto during a recent business trip and would happily recommend it to both business and leisure travellers. One of the first things that stood out was being accommodated with an 11:00 a.m. check-in as a Hilton Honors Diamond member, which was very much appreciated after travelling. It made the arrival experience smooth, comfortable and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The Executive Lounge was excellent and proved to be a real highlight. It was a welcoming and well-appointed space to relax, catch up on work, and enjoy the added benefits that make a stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was also very impressive, with a wide variety of options and a quality presentation that made for a great start to each day.The absolute standout, however, was the view. Having the CN Tower right there from my bed was simply stunning and made the stay feel especially memorable. Few things compare to waking up to such an iconic Toronto view. Room 3105 was excellent! If I had one small critique, it would be that the bathrooms are a little on the small side, but this was only a minor inconvenience and certainly did not detract from what was otherwise an excellent overall experience. All in all, Hilton Toronto delivered a very strong business trip stay with excellent service, valuable Diamond recognition, a superb lounge and unforgettable views. I would gladly return. General Manager, General Manager at Hilton Toronto, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience at Hilton Toronto as a valued Diamond member. We are so pleased that we could help start your day with a delicious breakfast, and that the unique view of the CN Tower made a strong impression. We'll be sure to share your comments with our team for review as we continue working to improve, and we hope to have the chance to welcome you back soon!
