Great stay! Everything I could ask. Bar downstairs serves really good cocktails. The executive lounge has amazing views of the city and staff is very nice there - the checkin staff is nice as well. Great Place to Stay in Toronto with an Incredible Room and View

We stayed here our first two nights of our Canadian vacation, and it was our favorite after the Hotel Frontenac in Quebec. I really can't say enough great things about Toronto and a big part of that was our stay here. Yes, it has a great modern room, a nice lobby, a parking garage for your car and great staff at the desk, car check and our floor. However, what places it in the top 5-10% of places we have stayed were the extra amenities, staring with a south facing room on the 30th floor so we had amazing views of the city. Also, it has a really neat, heated indoor/outdoor pool. Normally this might not have been something we would use but after a day of paddleboarding around the Toronto Islands, it was great to jump in and enjoy the pool which is nestle among all the skyscrapers. You can even see the CN Tower while swimming. Lastly, the hotel has great location for so many of the things you will want to see at the north end of the high-rise city center. This makes it very walkable to attractions in the city center like the waterfront, CN Tower, St. Lawerence Market and all the skyscrapers; however, it is equally as close to attractions just outside the city center like City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square, the Art Gallery of Ontario, Chinatown, Kensington Market, the University of Toronto, Sankofa Square, and the Royal Ontario Museum, all walkable. It is also centrally located to many great downtown restaurants.In summary, it was a great stay in a great hotel that make Toronto one of our favorite places to visit in Canada. We stayed 3 nights to celebrate an anniversary. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Upon arrival there was a dessert waiting in our room which was a nice surprise tho it came with one side plate, one napkin and one fork lol. The room was spacious and looked like it had had some upgrades. Comfortable bed. The location was perfect for everything we had planned downtown and was close to all modes of transport downtown. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant and it wasn’t mentioned during checkin. Our only issue and tip for anybody booking at this hotel, is to ask for a higher floor or a non-street facing room if it’s an option. We were on the 11th floor and the street noise and the music outside was very loud. I’ve not stayed at a downtown hotel before where I’ve heard the street noise so loud. When I called the front desk, there were no other rooms available but they did offer ear plugs. :/ For the price, I expected something better. Likely will try some place different when we visit TO again. Not a $1500 for two nights hotel

Location is fantastic. The rooms are nice but there is surface dirt especially in the bathroom. The pool area is nice but a lot of times the sun is blocked by the buildings. We have stayed here several times and for $1500 for two nights we were surprised by the lack of security. We were at the pool area having drinks when a homeless person entered the area using the stairs for the Main Street. This person proceeded to head to the bar for a coke, which was provided, he then started asking two females for food and attempting to grab it from them. One security arrived but it was clear that he could not do anything. Other bystanders tried to speak to this person to ask him to leave but he did not. At one point he entered the hotel area. He then came back to the pool area and continued to yell and try to fight anyone who came near him, We were also told no outside drinks, yet people came with outside drinks and nothing was said to them. There is also a sign, no alcohol beyond this point, but people had their drinks in the pool. For $1500 I would expect more security, class and oversight. The pillows are super soft and it is almost as if they resolve when you sleep in them. Great hotel, nice staff, good rooms

The hotel was fantastic — modern, recently updated, and very clean. We especially loved the separate shower in the room, which was a great touch.The location was excellent, with plenty of trendy restaurants nearby. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the staff were also fantastic.The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the complimentary orange juice was a nice bonus. The pool was clean and well maintained, with fantastic views of the CN Tower.We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water available for guests.This is easily one of the best Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. In contrast to the outdated Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview, this property feels modern, well maintained, and genuinely worth staying at.Highly recommend!
