    The room itself was good and the stay was comfortable overall, but the check-in experience was very disappointing. I had booked through Expedia, and when I arrived, there was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia. Instead of resolving it professionally, the hotel placed the blame entirely on me and Expedia and even questioned why I booked through a third party.Because of this issue, I ended up waiting over an hour at check-in, and eventually Expedia canceled my reservation. I then had no choice but to book directly with the hotel for over $120 more than my original price. It felt like a rip-off, and the situation could have been handled much better. If the hotel does not work well with third-party partners, that should be made clear upfront.For these reasons, I’m giving the hotel a poor review despite the room being good. The customer service during check-in needs significant improvement.     Brand new hotel and great service! The staff are very friendly and the breakfast are great too. Fitness room is well stocked with towels and water bottle filling station

    Large room. Bed comfortable. Reception very helpful. Plenty of parking. Complementary breakfast was ok. No kettle in room so hard to make tea but reception provided milk.Seems a little expensive compared to other hotels in the region so dropping one star.

    We made a group reservation to see the Toronto Blue Jays and had a fantastic experience. Thanks to Hector and the entire staff, we received a very warm welcome.We also added private catering through the hotel, and the food was excellent — great quality and service all around.I highly recommend this hotel 100%!
