This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located in the Sheridan Science and Technology Park of Mississauga.     Nice Hotel

    We recently stayed here for a basketball tournament. Check in was quick, slight hiccup with the room (we were supposed to have two beds), but was quickly resolved. Kids loved the pool and workout area. It was a quick ride to our sports venue, restaurants etc. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Price point was also very reasonable.

    When we got there i had booked with a debit visa card we weren’t allowed to check in and were told that they only accept major cards. When i said why didnt it say that on ihg they said well that is a them problem not mine huh. Then were told that we had to still pay for the room that we were past room cancel time and then when i finally changed to a card that i got a massive fee for using i got checked in for more than what it said on site with no assistance there. Then in a room stating sleeps 5 there was 2 towels we had to run down to get more they refused to bring up, also pull out bed no blanket or pillow again had to run down to get those. Then asked where ice was they said all floors nope 2 of the floors dont have them. No room cleaning despite me requesting the morning of 3rd day. Then i got blamed when card didnt work. Overall bad experience will never stay there again!

    Beware - Lots of car breakins and thefts. Nice place

    BEWARE - Parking lot is a hot spot for breakins, vandalism and theft. Front desk was asked specifically and I was told no problems. Very safe etc.THOUSANDS of dollars in damage and the management told me it's not their problem. Other than that - stay was okay. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff are good. Breakfast is okay at best.Make sure you have GREAT Car insurance before considering a stay here.     Hosiptal surgery visit to Credit Valley Hospital

    Had to have some eye surgery at Credit valley hospital.. stayed overnight prior to surgery and then stayed over for an after surgery visit the next day. The hotel was very nice..great breakfast ..nicely renovated and clean.. served our needs.. staff excellent..great location.. was a short uber ride to hospital.. would recommend this place as a great place to stay for hospital visits..

    This hotel was able to provide me with a disability room after a fail Airbnb experience. On the third evening I slipped and went down to the floor. Having a painful hip and weighing over 300 pounds; I was unable to stand. Luckily a friend was in the room and with the assistance of a night employee attempted getting on my feet.Revv (manager), who had just came in early to deal with other matters, attended my room to see things for him self, asset my condition and enquired as to what I needed. Having used all my energy in previous attempts, the manager decided to call 911.In no time two paramedics and three fireman from Mississauga arrived and got me to my feet. The adventure left me with only few bruises.During the remaining days of my stay the staff were very attentive to my needs. Therefore I wish to extend my sincere thank you to the staff especially: Revv, Arshdeep, and Sally.My future visits to Mississauga will include staying at this hotel based my personal experience and from the way staff treate the other quests.
