Location

This hotel enjoys a good location near the commercial district and the main attractions of Toronto. The centre of Toronto with its many shopping venues, restaurants and bars is just a short distance from the hotel College Street underground station is to be found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The wonderful and relaxing Lake Ontario is only 2 km from the hotel (a 15-minute drive away).

Facility

The hotel has 513 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 23 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Great location with easy transfer to/from airport.Comfortable room and bed. Average bathroom with shower over bath, not ideal but ok. Breakfast not included but available at reasonable rate on top of room cost.Good location within easy walking distance of attractions such an CN Tower and Rogers Stadium.

    Arrived before the check in time but room was ready. Small but ok for 2 nights , shower was good and provided all toiletries if you need them. The lobby area , bar ,shop and spa was lovely. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but looked nice.The location wasn’t great, felt unsafe at night with the homeless and weirdos but that was Toronto in general so no fault of the hotel.Windows are getting upgraded in the rooms and they need it as can hear everything outside.For the price it was lovely inside the hotel , just the area but the homeless and drug use was worse around Eaton Centre, Sankofa Square and the train/ bus station .     MAKE A BACK UP PLAN if you book this hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights April 2026 as part of a team from Ottawa attending the Provincial Volleyball Tournament. The hotel was full of players and families. We had booked this room 3+ months in advance BUT when we arrived in the hotel we noticed posted signs throughout saying that a "planned" service to the water system would be taking place on the night of the 19th - meaning no water, no toilets, no showers, no restaurants beginning that evening. What is frustrating about this is that the hotel knew well in advance about this shut off of an essential service, but did not notify guests in advance which would have given us a chance to seek alternate accommodations. Instead, once we were checked in, we were stuck with their hotel and the lack of water service. Water is an essential service that must be provided. They chose profit over customer service which is further supported by the lack of any response from the hotel manager to my inquiry on this issue (instead they wanted to give me hotel points - no thanks!). As you would expect, the hotel is very old and dated, but trust me, not being able to use a toilet or take a shower (especially for all of the athletes) is just gross. We may as well have camped outside. To make things worse, when the water service was restored the next day, the taps were delivering dark/blackened water. If you are planning to stay here for FIFA or any other purpose, you may want to look elsewhere as this hotel is not in the actual hospitality service, they are in the profit business.     Great hotel overall

    This is a clean and well-managed hotel with a caring staff. The location can't be beat as it's close to the College subway station and the Church-Wellesley Village! The hotel is undergoing a major project to replace all the windows. I guess they're cheaper to replace than to wash (hint). And speaking of seeing clearly, the hotel offers Dove products for shampoo and hand soap. While they're great for hair and skin, it's impossible to properly clean your eyeglasses with oily liquids. Next time I'll need to bring some eyeglass cleaner or dish soap. Otherwise a great place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and dinner at the "Thirty" restaurant was a real treat.

    We liked this hotel. Great location , clan and comfortable rooms. Service was really good. We stayed for three days. Parking was a bit tricky to and very tight spaces. Wonderful breakfast . Would recommend
