    The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was good. The rooms were very large, which worked well for a family. Cleanliness was just okay and needs improvement. The noise level was tolerable but not great. Service also fell short, and the food was average.The room had black marks on the wall, and the bathroom ceiling had paint chipping, which should be addressed

    The overall impression upon entering is that the hotel is well worn as evidenced by the furniture and carpeting. The positives are that the staff seemed friendly and the free breakfast was OK. However our 2 bed suite at the back of the hotel had several very significant problems. Most importantly, the room had ROACHES! (we saw three scampering in broad daylight) Also, the toilet would not stop trickling and self flushed all night.Toilet bowl had a dark stain from constantly running (this was obviously not a new problem). The floor in the kitchen has a 1/4 inch gap along the wall that is full of crumbs and other debris (no wonder there are roaches). The sofa has a tear and the chairs in the kitchen area are heavily soiled. We also noticed the odor a marijuana in the hall outside our room. Going to our car we saw severals folks just outside the back door smoking weed (at least they were outside). We informed the front desk of the roach issue, they said that a manger would call - they never did. We had a funeral and appointments all day so we couldn't easily move to a new hotel but we got out of there early the next morning. We had pre-booked for another night and were told that they could not refund the final night. Will never book this hotel again.

    Huge letdown in quality and service.

    Fourth time we stayed here. This time we found a huge drop off in service and quality. 1. No additional blankets available as “Housekeeping off duty” and no staff allowed to have access to blankets. 2. Toilet broken for entire 2 days and never fixed after repeated complaints. 3. Bed frames broken, leaving sharp steel brackets extending out from bed. Caused bloody gash on my leg. 4. All breakfast food gone by 8:40 am on second day even though advertised to be served til 10 am. 5. Took 30 minutes for desk to calculate bill at checkout. When I listed all these problems I was not offered any compensation or apology, and was told I couldn’t speak with a manager as none of them worked on weekends.

    Beyond Terrible!!!

    Yuck, Yuck, Yuck!!!!! This hotel was the very worst I have ever visited. I did not stay but left after two attempts to be given an acceptable room. The first room smelled of vomit so badly we gasp when entering. We departed back to the front desk to ask for another room. The second room was equally bad but in a different way. The furniture looked to have been picked up along side the road and placed in the room. The carpets were stained and smelled. The last blow was when I pulled back the bedding to find a long black hair on the sheets. We immediately headed again for the front desk to ask to be given a refund and we left. A night in a car would have been preferable to staying in this filth!!!     Double Charged for My Room!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, but my most recent experience was very disappointing and points to a much larger issue.I prepaid directly through Hilton.com for my stay, thinking this would make check-in and check-out smoother. Instead, after checkout I discovered I had been charged again for the room. When I called to resolve it, I spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer service and received no satisfactory resolution.Even more troubling, I was told Hilton’s system only updates once per week. That means if you make an advance purchase during that time, the hotel may not see it and will still charge you again at checkout. I thought I was simply providing my card for incidentals, but instead I was double charged.This feels like more than a one-off error—it’s a systemic flaw that could impact many travelers. If you stay with Hilton, please double-check your credit card statements carefully.Travelers deserve better transparency and accountability.
