    Comfortable Stay

    Stayed for one night after a flight into Toronto. We were warmly greeted and even upgraded as Gold members to a 2 bedroom suite. The room had everything we needed and was perfectly comfortable. The room was a little outdated but as long as clean and comfortable that doesn't bother me. The breakfast area is being renovated so we needed to go next door to The Hampton Inn for breakfast which was very satisfactory with plenty of choice. We used the shuttle service which was very easy. We called from airport and they were very prompt picking up and then arranged one on the hour the following day. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

    Went for 2 nights for a cousin/girls getaway. The hotel staff were all very nice and gave great customer service both in person and on the phone. Check in was super easy with the app. Our room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well. We are never disappointed at a Hilton hotel.

    Clean hotel with decent parking options. Less than a 1KM walk to Chuck’s for a meal and to watch sporting events. Spacious lobby. Central location to highways. Rooms are dated with carpet but ok. Nearby restaurants. Friendly staff that were accommodating for our requests.

    Clean Hotel, Beware of the Parking

    We stayed here for one night after flying back from overseas and didn’t want to drive the 2 hours back home. The front desk was great and the room was clean. The breakfast was good as well. It had a better selection than most hotels. The parking is atrocious. There are two hotels that share the same parking lot and the Hampton has the majority of the parking. If you have a lot of luggage, you will have to unload it in the front first and then try to find a spot. We have our plate number to the front desk and the next morning, we received a warning on our car. They told us to not worry about it, but it was still disconcerting after we did everything we were supposed to. Overall, it was a decent stay, but just be mindful of the parking.

    The team was absolutely exceptional! Very friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping were so nice and did a fabulous job with cleaning our room. It felt just like when we first checked in! Gee from the breakfast staff was so sweet and she made our stay the more better!! Thank you! Would defiantly choose this hotel again when I come back to Toronto!
