    The hosting staff at the bar has some power tripping attitude so pack your patience if you plan on going to the bar area.All the other staff were wonderful, friendly and kind

    The hotel staff were wonderful and the amenities at the hotel were top notch especially their pool, spa, gym and tennis courts.

    Loved the hotel and vibe! The art displayed in the hallways and rooms was spectacular- amazing photography from an artist whose art was displayed in the gallery on the lobby floor. As for the hotel, while the location was a little farther from the center of activity along the waterfront, it was conveniently located near Bishop airport. Loved the complimentary car service (within 5km) to the airport. The staff were excellent, friendly, followed through with everything I asked for and asked about. Due to my Hyatt Explorist status, I received a really nice (space available) complimentary upgrade to a 26th floor corner room with nice views and a wonderful sitting area with a couch and a really comfy chair. The bathroom was modern and chic- we loved the faucet handles with the X shapes! Would definitely return to the X if I am back in Toronto!

    The location and the overall experience of my stay make this a favourite hotel of mine in Toronto. I thought I would be disappointed with a city view but because there aren’t really any other tall buildings in the immediate vicinity I found the view to be very interesting.
