The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Brampton's commercial district, just minutes from Pearson International Airport, the major local highways and a whole host of restaurants, shopping venues and tourist attractions. Toronto's Lester B. Pearson Airport is about 13 km from the hotel.

Facility

28 junior suites, 16 suites, 40 single rooms and 23 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and 107 non-smoking rooms.

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.

    I was here on a trip from 14 February to 4 March and it was absolutely the greatest hotel so clean the friendliest staff. It looks like Italy very beautiful very posh on the inside very affordable and I am just telling you that the staff is the most incredible staff I’ve seen in my life, just exemplary of service and kindness, and I just have been just so completely blown away by their service and their the facility the professionalism They are just the most incredible place so every time I come back to Brampton, Ontario this will be the only place that I booked my hotel stay!!!     Service was exceptional, free breakfast with option to upgrade for a reasonable price. Lots of selection. Coffee was great! Fresh and wonderful flavour. Rooms were clean.     Can’t imagine a worse experience!!!!!!!

    Difficult to add anything positive. We stay in hotels 3`5 stars internationally.Checked in 10 minutes after our 4 friends who were given updated roomsDespite paying more we were put into a totally unacceptable pit of a room.We had no idea there were updated rooms until we met up with them.The lobby ceiling was falling inThe room had poor lighting that we moved one of the 3 lights so we could see our luggage,THE ONLY reason we booked there was the event we were attending was nearby and we thought it cant be this bad.When we learned that everyone was not given these disgusting rooms II approached the employee who put us in this hole.He told me that I”I” should have come down and complained and they could have changed the room.Never stayed in a hotel where the staff expect the customer to complain before you get their best.My husband has been ceo of company’s in Brampton for years but have since moved to the USI think he thought we were Americans and God Bless the USA and he wouldn’t see us againThe worst hole. Our event included wine or we would have packed up last night. We checked out by 730 AM. Breakfast at Starbucks. Should have stayed at the Hilton!!!!!

    Have to say that from the check in to the check out,this was a great experience! The girl AT the front desk helped me to the maximum. As we did need help and they sure did. Would love to come back here, going for dinner at the I'm hotel restaurant, will advise later. So far there has been NO problems.     Frequent travelers, Don't stay here

    We had a terrible night here.Loud music, Loud talking started at 1230 am. and it lasted until 4am.We called and complained to the front desk twice and nothing seemed to be done.We are not happy. We've stayed here before and had no issues.The front desk didn't have any record of what went on last night and didn't offer any immediate solution.We will NOT be back.
