  Nicely Updated and Clean Room!

  Spent one night here on a weeknight in April. I was happy that I was allowed to check in at 12:45 PM. I found my first floor room to be nicely updated, clean, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. I would definitely use this hotel again. It was very easy to get to once off the QEW. The breakfast is unremarkable, but perfectly acceptable. There is a Tim Horton's right next door.

  Came back from our weekend away and had a pleasant trip until I saw an $80 charge on my credit card. When I called to find out what it was for, I was told it was because a towel had blood on it. It was my daughter's time of the month and she showered, apparently something that happens to every woman monthly and is out of our control merits an $80 charge for 1 towel. This is total bs as I have traveled plenty and this has never happened. Definitely will no longer be staying at this hotel chain.

  Two well-behaved, responsible middle aged ladies cause $300 damage? Beware of scam.

  The room itself was satisfactory but the experience was ruined afterward when our $300.00 "damage deposit" was not returned due to "stains to sheets, towels". We also apparently ripped a pillowcase. Following up with the manager/owner we were sent photos with no proof whatsoever that this "damage" occurred in our room. After a lifetime of travel in lodgings of all kinds, I have NEVER been charged for damage because I do not damage hotel property. After numerous phone calls and an official letter of complaint to the manager, they are refusing to return the deposit. After researching "damage deposit" + scam, I have learned that this is an increasingly common practice in the hotel industry. Finally, in the two nights we stayed, Friday afternoon to late Sunday morning we did not receive housekeeping services and therefore could not leaver our usual generous tip. Hmmmmm. Before you stay at this hotel read up on damage deposit abuse and protect yourself accordingly.

  Great location, clean and well maintained!

  We were very pleased with the standard of cleanliness and amenities for a Quality Inn. The room was very clean and the bed and seating comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent with good variety. The hotel is very close to various eating and entertainment options and an easy on and off the QEW/403 area. As mentioned before, the only downside is no elevator to the second floor so book accordingly.

  Good place to sleep next to the freeway

  We spent two nights here and this is what we found:+ Quiet, clean, comfy beds.+ Breakfast: you can take it to the room or eat it in the dining room (cereal, milk, coffee, hamburgers or bacon, waffles, eggs, fruit and artificial orange juice)+ Nice concierge.+ Cheaper than Toronto+ Not to far from Niagara- Misunderstanding: We booked a playpen for our baby before travelling and the man at the reception, who was very helpful, told us they only had an extra folded bed, which was not suitable for our baby and a bit dangerous for any person since it had a sharp closing system that scratched my calf all along. We had to use that one on our first night but on the next one he could find a playpen and they refund the money for the extrabed.+ Free water machine
