    We travelled here with a youth hockey team and the experience was horrible. We were assigned this hotel and had no other choice but to stay here. Rooms were filthy - stains on walls, curtains and linens. Tears in linens and insufficient pillows/towels. Poor lighting, torn carpets, bugs in rooms, and plumbing issues/leaks under the sink, mould on the walls and in the shower. Rates we were charged were significantly higher than posted rates online - but the manager would not adjust rates to match market value. Suspicious activity going on. Female guests walking by the front desk reaching over other guests checking in and handing the receptionist a $100 bill, saying thank you and departing without officially checking out. Breakfast was skimpy - few options and hot food was prepared in the microwave. We were very concerned for the safety and wellbeing of our children and asked for an early release from the hotel. The manager denied this, until the event company insisted on them allowing us to leave. The manager finally released us one night early. We found other accommodations.

    Extremely unprofessional. Breakfast is a joke. Stayed here for 3 days and they didn’t even bother to clean our room one of the day. Our room had foul smell when we checked-in AC had big chunk of dust in the filter and it blowed foul smell. After requesting twice at midnight because we cannot bear the smell they finally decided to assign a new room. Elevator was not working and had to take stairs to 4th floor.Overall total disaster. Never ever coming back!!

    What a disappointment

    After driving several hours we arrived at this Park Inn location. We check in, and are informed that we will be staying on the top floor and that the elevator is broken. The reason for our trip is that my wife is scheduled for back surgery and is in lots of pain with limited mobility. So putting us on the top floor was a major inconvenience. After checking i noticed a coffee machine and went for a fresh cup of Java. The hot coffee was burning hot through the thin paper cups, and the available sleeves were 2 sizes too big. I asked the front desk if they had any lids and was laughed at like I was asking a stupid question. Unimpressed. After climbing the stairs to the top floor we arrive to our room. It is big a looks half decent. But upon further investigation I notice stains on the bed sheets. Big long black hairs on the pillow. Stains on the mattress under the sheets. Just wow I previously mentioned my wife’s back issues. So after looking at the bed we notice 2 pathetic looking pillows and this will just not do. I walk down the stairs to the front desk and ask if we could have some extra pillows. I’m told there’s no extra pillows. Flat out. Awesome I walk back up serveral flights of stairs and I’m winding down, when it’s brought to my attention that I’ve forgotten tooth paste. I call the front desk…. No tooth paste. I wasn’t really surprised at this point but my wife and I had a laugh anyway. Regardless, we booked 2 nights non refundable so looks like we’ll be sticking around this dump for another night.     The hotel location was great, right off the highway, but it wasn’t noisy at all. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure was good. Plenty of free parking. The common areas were modern and nice. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. Sliced white bread, white bagels, cheerios, fruit loops, homo milk, a coffee machine, apple juice, orange juice, two individual yogurts. If you can’t have gluten or dairy too bad. I asked if they had eggs and the answers was ‘oh no, we don’t do a hot breakfast’. No apology, no care in her voice. The customer service at check-in was not welcoming at all, almost felt like we were bothering her.

    Room was nice. Hotel was nice. Door didn't shut properly without pushing it.
