    Weed in Canada yuk.... that brings everything down a point... huge hotel.. good location... numbers aren't marked right... parking is right on full nights . Carpet has 1000s of black stains... no free breakfast...3 stars in my book

    Don’t stay here ——they ran out of hot water

    I found this place on Expedia. It was listed as four stars. It’s not four stars. It’s actually more minus 0 stars the hotel did not look like the pictures it was dirty. It stank smelled like old rug. I had to go buy a plug-in from Walmart to get rid of the smell. It was disgusting when they vacuum the rugs. They don’t do the corners so there’s dead bugs on the corners The pool was not as appeared in the picture. It actually had gaps out of the bottle like big piece is missing out of the bottom when you went to go to the pool you could smell the mould in the entryway. There’s nothing around this hotel. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere and if you enjoy waking up at 5 o’clock in the morning to go and catch a plane and having no hot water well this is the place for you. They had to move me to two other rooms so that I could get hot water to have a shower so I could leave to go catch my plane and then the staff acted like it was a Me problem. Yeah my advice don’t stay at this hotel, it’s not even a hotel. It’s more like a low in motel feel.

    Had stayed here in the past for its location which is close to highway and restaurants. The room was quite clean, but the carpet near the bed smelled so bed I could hardly sleep.

    We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very kind and the room was very clean and beds very comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. Coffee maker did not work properly, but the cafe’ downstairs has nice breakfast with very reasonable prices. My only suggestion is to replace the area carpets as it does not match the rest of the hotel, it’s old and has bleach spots. Hotel lobby smells great. Overall great stay!

    This was one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed. The pictures on their site create an image of a nice clean hotel and it is anything but that. It is false advertising in my opinion. The hallways and rooms are disgusting and very dated. I couldn't even take my shoes off in the room because the carpets are beyond gross. The pillows were something out of a nightmare with dead bugs on them, sweat stains and other unidentifiable stains. I had to request clean ones. The smell of the entire building is gross and the first room I was given had such a bad smell I requested a change. The alternate room I was given had only a slightly less disgusting smell. There was mold in the shower and water stains on the walls and ceiling. The bed cover on the bottom had an unidentifiable stain on it. Not that I would have chanced using the coffee maker considering the level of cleanliness of everything else, however, there was not even regular coffee as a choice! This hotel should be ashamed of the conditions and the rate they charge for people to stay. Choice Hotels should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. We only booked it because it said it was a Radisson hotel.
