    Used this hotel for an overnight stay on a layover. The most important feature of this kind of hotel is, specially when it is 5 minutes from the airport is the shuttle. And it failed miserably. I waited almost one hour, 3 calls (answered dismissively) and finally it showed up. The hotel is basic. Good noise isolation considering it is right by the airport and a highway. Acceptable bed and bathroom. Breakfast nothing special but enough. Ah! If you are on the second floor, there is no elevator (?) Good luck with large or heavy bags.

    When I booked this hotel over the p no hone, was told that this hotel was close you could walk to airport, not true. Also, was disappointed that the pub didn't have a big food menu and lastly, the rooms were outdated and the complimentary breakfast was not that great. The worst breakfast I have been too. I would not recommend this hotel, we won't be back.

    This hotel is our new go to before any flight, The staff from the time I booked to checking are all friendly and informative. Ride to airport is every half hour and they register you into the time you need so they know exactly who is getting picked up and the pickup at the airport was quick and easy. They provide you with a card to keep which provides the info needed when coming home. Other hotels tell you this when you leave but after 7 days away I have totally forgotten all instructions, so the card was much appreciated. Rooms are clean they also have a restaurant attached where you can purchase a drink and take it back to your room.If you are booking parking it needs to be done early and directly through the hotel. The cost of a room and 8 nights of parking is very affordable compared to just parking at the airport. We will definitely be using this hotel again
