    We stayed here in August 2025 and decided to stay here again in December 2025. It is very conveniently located in downtown Toronto. The studio with King bed and sofa bed was spacious enough for 3 adults. The breakfast included in the morning always made it easier for our travel. The staff was courteous and helpful.

    2 Nights in T-O @ the Residence Inn

    I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Downtown/Entertainment District in late August 2025. My stay was enjoyable. The location is great for walking to restaurants and Blue Jays games (which is exactly what we did). The room was clean and spacious. I did not use the gym or pool. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but that was a personal choice (went to a diner down the street). No complaints. Good location. Clean hotel. Nice staff. I would stay here again.

    We stayed at the Residence Inn Downtown Marriott from December 28–31, and overall the experience was very disappointing.Check-in was a major issue due to our room being pre-paid with a debit/credit card. Front desk staff did not know how to process it, and the system felt extremely outdated. Because we didn’t check out at the front desk, we were later told our incidental charges would be refunded by cheque—something we’ve never experienced despite frequent travel.The pool and hot tub were not working, and staff had no information or concern about when they might be fixed. Our room was not properly cleaned at check-in: makeup on the pillow, dirty sheets, and a sofa bed that was stained, uneven, and uncomfortable. Water pressure was very weak, and the room and bathroom fans were excessively loud.Management was not helpful and said he would escalate the issue. His manager never followed up, and when contacted, she was rude, unapologetic, and blamed staff.Positives: the room size was good, beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast had decent variety. Despite being extremely busy, long line ups and wait times, the breakfast staff were excellent—efficient, friendly, and professional.Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues, poor service, and lack of accountability outweighed the positives.

    Amazing Hotel - 10 min walk to CN Toweer

    Got this through Hotwire.com Was shown as 66% discount, but had to book before seeing Hotel....not disappointed.It is very quiet and clean.I was very impressed with the room and where this Hotel was located. The staff was extremely nice. The room was amazing and the view from the window as well.Very clean room, like a small apartment with kitchen.Went to the pool, and it is very clean and the water wasn't that cold to be able to enjoy. There is also a hot tub to help relax.The breakfast, I have to say, the choices was amazing, and the selections was more than expected.10 mins walk to CN Tower and surrounding attractions. If I can stay again at this location, I will for sure.
