    There is a Montreal Women picking dudes up and down on the elevator. Disgusting behavior. I had my nephew with me and had to encounter this at this hotel. Def providing s*xual services. Do better,

    Very pricey for what offers.Bathroom floors not cleaned as supposed to be, coffee machine did not worked, replaced very next day but the other one was really dirty Staff was very professional and friendly

    We stayed here the night before our vacation and left our car there for the duration of our trip. 8 days. We were upgraded to a suite and it was very nice and comfortable. It was a short shuttle to the airport. However on catching the shuttle after our trip we got on the wrong one. We didn't know there were 2 Sandman locations.

    I started travelling late Tuesday. I ended up stranded in another country for a few days. By the time I arrived, I had barely any sleep. When I went to check in the blame game started. Booking didn't send the confirmation email. You booked 3rd party and that's always a problem. Call booking and have them send an email. Seriously, someone do your job. I'm tired and I am in pain. The staff needs more training. Apologizing to me constantly starts to feel ingenuine. I would typically give a hotel like this a much better rating and it is unfair to give you a one. But 4 days of emails went unanswered. I even emailed the GM, nothing. The room was nice, the bed a 9/10. The pillows are not properly marked. The tv innthe bedroom was not working. One staff member went out of her way to find me a Toothbrush and moisturizer. Your shuttle driver forgot my backpack on the cart he was loading. Thank goodness I found it at the airport the next day. You need to figure this out. Work for the customer, start solving problems like grown ups or find a completely new front staff.

    We used this hotel to take advantage of their airport shuttle and also their indoor parking for the duration of our trip. These things were well and we really liked our one bedroom suite as well as the proximity to various eating establishments. We stayed on our way back since we got in so late and all went smoothly. Would come here again for this purpose!
