Location

This airport hotel is a 5-minute walk from Toronto Business Park, as well as local restaurants and bars. The hotel has scenic views of the Royal Woodvine Golf Course, located next door. Woodvine Racetrack and Casino, and the Woodvine Shopping Centre are a 20-minute walk away. Toronto (Pearson) International Airport is a 5-minute drive from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 95 junior suites, 69 suites and 92 double rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can recharge and leisurely swim a few laps in the indoor area's heated freshwater pool. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym, a spa and hydrotherapy treatments.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A fortifying breakfast is served daily. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Poor service bad information from 1 hotel clerk to the next.

    This hotel was offered as an option to say after a canceled flight when I checked in at five in the morning, they told me they can extend the stay until 2 PM so then I can catch a 5 PM flight. They reneged on that and wanted me out at one they also told me they’d be a shuttle every half an hour, and then when I went to the shuttle, they told me no we have to order it for you and I took another hour to get they did not care they had no problem being rude and a poor Service company. Clearly it goes from management all the way down I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The room was very spacious & warm, cozy. Very big layout. The bathroom could use an update but was fine for one night. This hotel has a restaurant on the main floor we made use of this. Excellent foodThe only downside was after we arrived from our vacation it was very hard getting a hold of the shuttle to come grab us at the airport. We were always being put on hold. My suggestion would be to have a separate shuttle line. That's the last thing you want to do if wait on hold after arriving home from a vacation. The hold time was almost 8min. This needs improvement.
