Location

This hotel enjoys a superior location in Toronto steps from the theatre and entertainment district. The hotel provides an ideal location from which to explore the attractions of the city, such as the CN Tower and the Princess of Wales theatre. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop, a train as well as an underground station all lie within a 20-minute walk of the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel was modernised in 2026. Guests have a choice of 56 apartments located in a 4-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine, projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a heating stove ensure comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds and children's beds are available upon request and for a fee. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher. Further amenities include a washing machine, an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can recharge and leisurely swim a few laps in the indoor area's heated freshwater pool. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Water sports offered include aquafit, and motorboat rides is available for a fee. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment hotel include a gym and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments and, for an additional fee, a hammam, acupuncture, anti-ageing treatments, acupressure, aromatherapy, a reflexology massage and a hydrojet massage. Third-party operators offer hammam, acupressure, aromatherapy, reflexology massage and hydrojet massage.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast gives guests many appetising reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Delicious set menus are available at lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers special catering options. The apartment hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Luxury upgrade and outstanding service

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and even personalized our room as requested. They prepared our room earlier than the check-in time, which we really appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Luxury King Room to a Suite, which was absolutely beautiful. The decoration, seating area, and champagne were all excellent. Overall, the service was outstanding and made our stay very enjoyable.     Good overall stay and location great

    Excellent stay at this hotel as room was clean and staff very helpful and proactive.As to was the location as it was walking distance to the main station Union station, shops, restaurants and food court. Areas was quiet and no issue. Transportation was excellent as the metro and streetcars near by, although I prefer walking.Downside was the internal noise from my room as I could hear guest talking and feet movement and dog barking on a few nights, but not ongoing so no issue. Also the shower temperature took a while to heat up.Overall the downsides did not ruin my stay in the hotel.Would stay at this hotel again.
