    would not recommend staying here to anyone. it was dirty. it was loud. and it was extremely uncomfortable for the high price point of 2 hundred dollars.

    Desk staff were efficient. Room was clean and satisfactory. Breakfast was very basic (no protein), but enough food for a start to the day.At $200, I thought this was on the expensive side for a 2* motel, even for the GTA.

    I deeply regret having to share this experience, but I believe it is important to leave it on record. The service I received was extremely poor through every channel of communication. Your staff showed no training or professionalism in dealing with guests, and the environment at the hotel felt unsafe due to the lack of proper filters in accepting clientele.In addition, the hotel was extremely dirty and the facilities were in a terrible state of neglect. The entire place smelled of marijuana, the windows did not work, the lights kept flickering, and the Wi-Fi did not work inside the room. Everything about the stay was truly unacceptable.I felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and very disappointed at all times. Nothing about my stay was good, and I would definitely not recommend your service under any circumstances.I also need a response regarding my refund. I have already contacted Booking, and they have also filed a complaint. We are still waiting for a reply from your side. This entire situation has been truly awful.
