Awful experience, a motel would do better

    rating09 May 2026

Terrible experience since I have checked in. I am here with a group of business people and since I checked in, it’s been one thing after another. They didn’t inform me or butler services I could avail of, I had to find out from a colleague. Turn down was poor at best -turning down a room is NOT providing a glass and bottle of water at the bed. They didn’t even provide fresh towels. Furthermore, my room wasn’t cleaned today when I returned at 3pm. I sent items for pressing and requested one tonight - as I have a 4am start in the morning. I was then informed that I ‘only had a red dress’ in for pressing and nothing else, even though it was a cami that I requested from three separate staff members. Yes, three different people. I had to go to reception and retrieve my clothes, where I was met with rudeness and a threat that they would not retrieve my clothes until I reminded that’s called theft. I have spoken to two managers and have zero confidence in this hotel. The team do not communicate. I am here another six nights and I’m dreading it. A three star hotel would do better. Awful experience. Guest Services, Sales at The St. Regis Toronto, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your ongoing stay with us. I was very sorry to learn about the challenges you have experienced thus far, as this is certainly not the level of service or impression we want any guest to leave with. I completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of communication surrounding Butler Services, the inconsistencies with housekeeping and turndown service, as well as the experience surrounding your pressing request the evening prior. Most concerning of all is that these interactions have left you feeling unsupported and disappointed in the hotel overall. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to connect with you personally when you return to the hotel this evening, so I may better understand your experience firsthand and work with the team to ensure the remainder of your stay is far more seamless and comfortable. Please feel free to let me know a convenient time that works best for you. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence during the remainder of your stay with us. Sincerely, Chaitanya TuliDirector of Rooms

    Amazing stay in Toronto!

    rating07 May 2026

Had stayed here in October for World Series and had wonderful stay. We had arrived on red-eye on Saturday morning and Jack, at front desk, was empathetic to our plight checked us in (truth be told we had tried Your24 and did not get it due to craziness of World Series so we had made reservation for Friday and Saturday night) and we went into our nice upgraded room. Akmed the bellman was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing dinner at Louix Louis before the Saturday World Series Game 2 game and then came back for a night cap at wonderful slick bar. Wonderful time!We had such a great time that we elected to stay here for one night before we had our noon flight back to USA. Alastair was the bellman who brought up our luggage and was pleasant. We were upgraded to beautiful room 2813 (a suite) and once again had great stay. We stopped by the beautiful 31st floor bar/restaurant Louix Louis and had pre-dinner drink. Leah the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall an amazing stay and highly recommend. Had breakfast at Louix Louis and service once again was top-notch. For elite members you get a $31 credit per person which is great. You can get a Canadian breakfast which gives you basics (eggs, potatoes, juice, coffee, and bread etc) for $31 CAD. There are other great options on the menu so you arent obligated to eat only that.Overall amazing stay and highly recommend!

    What a hotel!

    rating07 May 2026

We had a first class experience at St Regis. Stayed three nights in a deluxe room with views of the city and lake. Room was large, modern and very tastefully finished to a high standard.Staff are so attentive, friendly and polite. Top floor bar has great atmosphere. Location is central with quick access to really good restaurants. Thoroughly recommend.

My experience at St Regis was outstanding. The check‑in process was efficient, and the staff was nice. The room was very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Service quality stood out all across — housekeeping, dining, and front‑desk support were consistently prompt and courteous. From morning coffee service to other special requests were delivered with quality an with an eye for detail. The hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident throughout my stay.I highly recommend this property for travelers seeking a seamless, high‑quality hotel experience.

    ST. REGIS TORONTO HAPPY MEMORIES

    rating01 Apr 2026

My husband and I recently travelled through Canada. Our first stop was in Toronto which we visited extensively. We booked accommodation at the St. Regis Hotel Toronto where we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful atmosphere and welcoming staff from all over the world.I would like to pay a special tribute to some of the fantastic workers we encountered on our one week stay at the St. Regis Toronto. In particular, Mr. Siddhanth Chaudhary, the Assistant Director of Food and Beverages. We greatly appreciated his assistance. Moreover, Rishi, the Chief Concierge at reception was also of an impeccable standard. His outstanding work in the trips he organised for us were all highly enjoyable and appreciated. My husband is Italian and was over the moon to have met Alister from Iran in the lobby whom he spoke to in Italian every time we encountered him. Kevin from Jamaica was extremely friendly and polite. We also thank him for his help. All the Butler, Restaurants and Engineering staff assisted us in many ways and made our stay one of the best we have ever seen around the world. A special mention to Glen (engineering), Michelle and Riva (housekeeping), Liona and Aaron (31st floor restaurant). Our visit to the Niagara Falls was organised for us by Rishi with Suliman from Afghanistan as our driver and tour guide. Suliman made our journey an excellent experience and worthwhile. Our trip to Little Italy was organised for us by Rishi with Hashim who was also extremely reliable and friendly.
