Location

    Had a great experience at the Westin Harbour Castle! Great view of the harbour from the South tower, updated room, very clean, and the bar staff was great and attentive. I would absolutely stay again. Walking to the metro and other attractions which was very easy to get to. Staff was also very attentive and helpful.     Just spent one night here. I arrived late, and left early, so had a pretty limited experience.The place is massive. When I got there at 1OPM the lobby and lobby bar were very busy and loud. There was some construction outside of the hotel, so there's traffic driving in, and the aesthetics are a little grim upon arrival.Check in was easy. Getting the room service menu to load via QR code was really hard. Had to call and ask what was on the menu. The woman I spoke with was nice about it. But took about an hour to get a club sandwich. Rooms seem to be recently renovated. Bed was memory foam and decent. Sliding door to balcony was beat up, and unlocked when I got there. But the view of the harbor was really cool.This was probably more like a 3.5 experience. Some aspects better than others, but overall a fine stay.     We had a great visit for our spring break with the kids. Hotel was wonderful. I always like the westin as a whole and this did not disappoint. Great location, food, friendly staff and perfectly clean throughout. Would definitely come back!

    Stayed with my wife on a Saturday night. Totally renovated! I remember this place as showing its age - not anymore.Only complaint is that the valet parking was slow.
