Location

The hotel is located in the Airport Corporate Park, right across from the Centennial Golf Course and in close proximity to Pearson International Airport. Restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping opportunities can all be found in the immediate vicinity. It offers quick access to all major highways. TTC local transportation can be found just 5 minutes from the hotel. It is 15 minutes from downtown Mississauga, while downtown Toronto, the Greyhound Bus Station and Union Station are all just 30 minutes away.

Facility

179 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I had an absolutely wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-managed.What truly stood out was the front desk team — they were exceptional. Every interaction was handled with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was a smooth check-in, helpful local recommendations, or quick assistance with requests, they made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to come across a team that balances efficiency with such a personal touch.The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. But honestly, it’s the staff that elevate the entire experience. They create an atmosphere that feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Mississauga area — and a special thank you to the front desk team for making my stay so memorable.     Nice quiet hotel! It was very close to the Centennial park where we had a family function. Lobby bar is nice but they don't have much food options. We got a two bedroom suite which was very spacious. Pool was nice but unfortunately was closed for few hours due to some maintenance issues. Will stay here again.

    Disappointing Stay with Terrible Service

    I recently stayed at this hotel with my four children, and it's unfortunate that the location is so ideal, as the service at the front desk is virtually non-existent. The staff seemed robotic, offering nothing but apologies without any real solutions.Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was rude and snarky, setting a negative tone for our stay. When we entered our room, it had a foul odor. I immediately requested a cleaning, but the next morning, nothing had been done. After a day out, we returned around 3:30 PM only to find that our room still hadn’t been cleaned. When I called the front desk, they simply offered fresh towels as a solution. I even asked an employee to come in and smell the room, but despite his assurances to check with the front desk, no action was taken.A couple of hours later, we discovered ants in the room, which made it feel more like camping than a hotel stay. I returned to the front desk to request immediate cleaning due to the smell and the ant situation, but was told there were no cleaning staff available after 5 PM. Their only offer was to switch us to two different king rooms, which was impractical given that I was alone with my young children.When I attempted to speak with the manager, he appeared indifferent, showing no willingness to address our grievances or provide any compensation for our unpleasant experience. To add to our troubles, the dishwasher in our room was broken, the window couldn’t be closed due to the missing handle, and the pull-out bed had no sheets.The pool was also closed during prime swimming hours for chemical treatment, only to reopen two hours later. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers cleanliness, decent customer service, and a comfortable stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel unfortunately falls short on all fronts.
