    Hotel disaster!

    Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Pay the deposit in cash and claim a receipt so you can show to get money back when check out. Staff was polite but ignorant. Breakfast was awful, the lady in charge couldn't say good morning, and played loud music. The options to eat was abysmal and below standard. My room was awful, 70s want back the interior and smell, and AC didn't work. 2 full days they "tested" the fire alarm with it going off every 5th minute so you couldn't stay at the room to relax. The staff had no idea or gave any information about the "test". On top of that I found a blood sucking bedbug on the bathroom floor. I got a new room, and behold the AC worked and no smell. The staff said they needed to get someone to fix my old room for bugs, instead they let someone else have it after I switched room. So go there on your own risk.

    It would have been detrimental to are health if he stayed there. The mold in the bathroom was 3 ft long by a foot wide. That's just what we saw. It couldn't even breathe . My eyes got itchy. My face got itchy. My nose was itching. I had to cut it on there real fast. Got pictures and videos. Please save yourself. I am so disappointed that people actually charge you for things like this.

    Last minute find and what a great hotel, only stayed one night as a layover. The price was crazy cheap which included the best breakfast I think you will find in a hotel close to airport. Very comfy bed and staff amazing. Clean rooms and coffee!

    I stayed here for the 1st time a few days ago and will NEVER go back? I do not recommend because it was scary staying here.I checked in at approx. 6.00pm and about an hour later, I heard someone trying to get into my room (they were pushing the door, turning the door handle on the outside)! I was so afraid, I told them they must have the wrong room but they insisted they were given keys to the room I was in. The reception made a huge mistake.Also, approx. 30 minutes later, security came to my door and said I had to leave because I had been there since 11.00 am (which is false). The reality was I had checked in just 1.5 hrs before.Breakfast tasted terrible (eggs, sausages, potatoes, toast,coffee) and it was late. At 7.00am, the containers were still empty. Woman in the kitchen was extremely rude and unpleasant!

    We reserved 2 rooms for a weekend with my friends. They cancelled our reservation without telling us. They told me I was lying even when I showed them the confirmation email from their front desk. This place is horrible, understaffed, and has no customer service. I hope this place shuts down.
