    Pool wasn’t working at all. Desk staff were not very helpful and at times rude. None of the desk staff demonstrated any pride in their job or professionalism. Carpets need replaced as they appear old and dirty. The whole hotel could use an upgrade. Generally doesn’t give the Ramada name the quality one is used to from them.

    Poor Customer Service, Rooms are old and smelly. Parking is good but overall could have been better, Front lady was not very cooperative, had a bit of attitude.

    Stay far away if you have children. One of their cleaning staff exposed himself to my then 13yr old grandchild. The hotel at first refused to comply with the police. Head office did nothing and the part of the hotel where it happened near the stairwell did not have cameras. To day no one from Ramada by Wyndham has responded to my emails. There is a pervert working there be careful

    Fantastic great atmosphere. Clean rooms and fantastic restaurant pipers arms.We became rewards members at this time.Lift room was very nice.The upstairs bathroom is small though.

    Stranded with my girlfriend on my birthday with a room I paid for but couldn’t use in Trenton Ontario

    Got turned away from a room I already paid for Because I didn’t have a credit card for deposit.I had cash or visa debit but apparently they can only take deposit on a credit card. I’ve given plenty deposits on my visa debit. I purchased the room on visa debit but not the deposit. Bullcrap! The lady behind the counter was rude and un helpful and would not assist me in getting my money back. A terrible and embarrassing experience. Never again will a darken a Wyndham door step again any where in the world. I was stranded with my girlfriend on my birthday In Trenton.
