  Carpets need to be repaired badly. Had some issues in bathroom that maintenance need to address. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate. Chech in was efficient. Easy location to access off route 40. This hotel could be so much with a face-lift.

  Trois-Rivieres’ Comfort Inn is located near the highway 40 which links Montreal to Quebec City and at the exit of the Laviolette bridge which connects the banks of the St. Lawrence River. I stayed there for one night to attend to an event at the Videotron Coliseum, which is located a couple of minutes by car from that hotel. There are not many commercial activities from a walking distance from that hotel, but there are several stores and restaurants at a few minutes’ drive.The propertyThis establishment is a two stories construction which rooms seems to have been renovated lately. The rooms on the ground floor are accessible from outside by a patio door. A parking surrounds the building. There are no restaurant or bar on site. Vending machines are available and offer beverages and snacks. There is no pool or gym. The roomMy room, coming with two doubles beds, is quite small. There is not that lot of room around the two beds. But the room is nevertheless well equipped. A nightstand is placed between the two beds on which power and USB outlets are accessible. A TV cabinet is oriented between the two beds, in which are placed a small micro-wave oven and a small fridge. It also comes with drawers for storage. There is no coffee machine or kettle. A closed closet and desk, with a chair on casters, are also available. This chair was worn, broken, and unstable. The desk is large and power outlet are accessible from its surface. All these completely fills the room and there is no room left for other furniture. I was still able to find a place, in a corner, for the provided foldable luggage rack. All is clean. The television set is relatively small. The service provides a good selection of channels, including American channels. HDMI and USB plugs are accessible on the TV.The room is badly soundproofed. I had the bad luck of being next to room where the occupants partied all night which frequently interrupted my sleep.A carpet covers the floor, even at the entrance. The bathroomThe bathroom is quite small. The shower is in a bath. The counter space around the sink is limited. The towels have a strong burned odor, as if they were overheated in air drying.ServicesBreakfast is included with the room. It I served in a large room next to the hall. There is good select, many fruits, and a waffle machine, which offers the only hot dish. Exterior parking is free. Internet (Wi-Fi) is free and excellent.The devil is in the details:- Damaged chair.- Bad odor on the towels.Pros - Convenient location.- Good value.Cons- Small room.- Small bath.- No coffee machine or kettle in the room.- Bad soundproofing.

  Beds are sooo very firm it was wonderful. Bathtub and sink were spotlessly clean. Only drawback: no elevator.Lots of parking.Friendly breakfast hostess. Good breakfast.Fast and efficient checkout.

  Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was good, the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. This hotel was good value for the price. I would stay here again. Con: rugs, they should be replaced by flooring.

  My wife and I stayed one night at the Trois Rivières Comfort Inn. We found our second floor room to be clean, comfortable and quiet. The microwave and fridge were handy. The hotel location is very convenient - near highways and many restaurants and stores. It was a good stay during our 6 day Québec trip.
