    Nice comfortable hotel. Clean, quiet and well priced. The front desk staff were very accommodating pleasant. Just off the road for the night so very pleased to get this room. Thanks

    Was in room 104. Bed was not comfo at all, pillows too big for kids. We forgot our cell phone wire (2) and they asked me to pay to return everything to my home, which is 600 km from the hotel. I'm not sure if this is the policy of Wyndham Hotels.Rude custumer service

    I heard water noise (like every single drop) from above, Footsteps noise (heavy thumping, running etc) from above and the hallway. Plugs in room aren't updated for modern life. Zero soundproofing efforts made here.Breakfast is mediocre and unappetizing, just cereal, bagels and bad coffee. Whoever owns this place doesn't seem to care AT ALL. Not judging, just reporting the truth.Spend and extra $50 and have a better sleep and better experience.

    This would get a zero if it allowed me too. This is a basic chain, I have stayed frequently at their hotels, but this specific location was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Where to begin....- Wallpaper peeling throughout the guest room- Empty kleenex box- Hair on the floor in the bathroom & in the main area - clearly had not been vacuumed since the last guest- Shower faucet was broken - there I was standing naked, running the bathtub ready to step into the shower, only to discover the faucet was broken, couldn't turn on the shower- The thinnest towels I have ever experienced, so cratchy & rough, I swear I was getting an exfoliation- As I was getting into bed and pulled back the blanket & top sheet, I discovered disgusting stains all over the bottom sheet! So relieved I checked before getting into the bed. And 'thankful' for a 2nd double bed which of course I inspected thoroughly first. How could Housekeeping miss vacuuming the floors? Miss a broken faucet? Miss putting stained sheets on a bed? Miss putting out a fresh kleenex box? Absolutely no excuse....and the worst part is this wasn't cheap. After tax $155! Run, don't walk, away as fast as you can from this hotel!

    Last days of my mom life

    We showed up from Ontario and had booked two nights. My mom had just been moved from home to palliative care. We have stayed in lots of hotels before, even low budget hotels. My wife this morning added a 3rd night because my mom was showing no signs of giving up. Suddenly in the early evening, she passed away. Sad but we don’t need that extra day. I want to go home. The desk lady was wonderful and I wish I caught her name but I missed it. May be manager can add it to this post. Manager David look at his computer, then our stuff a refunded our 3rd day. We have to come back for funeral in 2-3 weeks and we will come back here because of David and the other Stewardess. Good customer service brings repeat customers Good cut
